I like this type of smallish family run business which takes pride in customer service and satisfaction. Bobby is pretty much everything you'd want in a contractor / plumber - fair price, professional, responsive, showed up on time, etc. We hired him to install new toilet in our home. He quoted fair price and charged exactly what he quoted. The install looks great, he cleaned up afterwards and was respectful of my desire to keep floors clean.
