When we moved to our home in April of 2019 there was no water softener, the oven needed replaced and the water heater was installed wrong. We called Roses who took care of everything we needed.

They relocated the water heater to our mechanical room and re-routed all plumbing and electrical. Plumbed in a water softener and whole house filter we already purchased and ran a new gas line to our oven.

They were very efficient and work was awesome. If I had to do it over I would have specified copper piping, but our budget was tight with all of the work we needed to have done right away after moving in. They had ""specialists"" for each, the plumbing, gas line and electrical. These guys worked in unison, everything was fault free and did a great cleanup after they were done.

We plan to have the piping replaced with copper at a later date and will be calling them back out to take care of that when it's time. Great work without breaking your wallet.

Rose's Plumbing will be my choice for the future. Excellent service- actually arrived ten minutes early for the first call of the day. Followed all pandemic recommendations including wearing a mask, gloves and booties for shoes. Repaired the leak and replaced the part with work completed in 20 minutes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We had a flood in our basement and this company is part of the network from a home warranty we purchased. They didn't call back for over 90 minutes and then told us they couldn't get there until tomorrow. I told them to forget it. For some reason they called us the next day to schedule the appointment anyway and we told them again that we had no use for them. At that point they became very rude and inappropriate to my wife. They won't step foot in my house!
