I would have given them NO stars but was not allowed to. This is the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM. They charged me twice what the quoted me. First off, the plumber was very creepy and kept hitting on me and making me feel very uncomfortable. About a week after he left my whole kitchen flooded. I called them and they said they would come back out again but would have to charge me. I said FINE because my kitchen was unusable. They were unable to fix the problem and I ended up having mold in my entire kitchen. HORRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPETENT. Even though they could not fix the problem the second time they charged me for their time. I reported them to the better business bureau. WORST company Ive ever dealt with. dont waste your time or money. plenty of other plumbers in town

I called Rosenthal Plumbing because of an ongoing problem with the sewer backing up. The project morfed several times as the tech learned more about the situation. It has been 4 weeks now and no more back up, so far. Their work was excellent but be prepared for a very high price tag.

I loved their service. It really couldn't have been any more pleasant and efficient. I only thought it was a little pricey. He did a beautiful job installing two new sinks and they look awesome.

Had a great experience and excellent results this morning with Juan from Rosenthal plumbing. I called last Friday and was able to get an appointment first thing Monday morning (very nice woman who took my call). Juan was on time, extremely pleasant, and after looking at my shower explained my options. He then performed the work quickly and professionally. I had a bit of a problem, as I had a house cleaning crew coming over at the same time as Rosenthal. Juan worked with them to ensure he had the water turned off as minimally as possible so they could do their work. Thanks, Juan. I would absolutely call Rosenthal again. And ask for Juan!

We had Juan out here and I have to say I was very happy with the service we received. He did a great job. They put on the booties, protective flooring, changed out a bad valve on our toilet at no charge and snaked our line quickly and efficiently. I looked at some other peoples reviews on here and am appalled at what people say. They say 300-400 dollars is expensive to perform the work or that it is a rip off. Well, then do it yourself. Its not what they charge per hour people its what it cost to operate per hour? These guys did a great job. Thank you again Juan and Jose :)

Wonderful service from the company and from Tristan. There were problems that required extra work and time, but they stuck to the original estimate and even gave us a break on some additional work. Very cheerful and friendly people. Quick response as well.

Rosenthal Plumbing were very accommodating by coming to my home within certain hours. Billy O was the representative for my stopped up sink. He determined the problem within minutes and ""snaked"" my pipes for the blockage. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. I would have given fives stars but for the charge. Even with $50 off, I found the price to be hefty.

A real person answered their phone after hours and scheduled a call back the next day. When the tech arrived, a little late, he quickly diagnosed the problem as being outside the domain of plumbing but did recommend another company and did not charge us for his time. Though our problem persists, Rosenthal helped us get closer to solving it. We will use them as our plumber going forward.

After trying to find several local plumbers for my new house, and not having any luck, I found Rosenthal. Quick, efficient and rock star service and quality. Although they offered my reviewbuzz to post, it was problematic and kept hanging up, so I really want to post a good review for them, so I defaulted to Yelp.
Tristan was my tech, uber professional, and on time...cant recommend highly enough..Irene was a pleasure to work with, and I love how they quite you one your service request and always include, "" All work is gtd. for ten years....

We have used Rosenthal several times for several different plumbing issues and they have always done good work (as far as I can tell). They're not cheap but what plumber is? They installed a new (very expensive) tankless water heater in March and they have had to come back and fix/adjust it twice since they put it in. There was no charge for the subsequent visits as they guarantee their work. Last Friday we found the water heater pouring water on to the floor. I called and left a message to have them come out yet a third time. They had someone come out the next morning. His name was Juan and he did a great job. He explained what was going on, why the tank was leaking and what he was going to do to correct it. He ended up replacing the entire unit since we were having so many problems with it. He also replaced the broken pressure regulator on the house which was allowing too much pressure into the house that blew out a part of the water heater. He even installed an overflow/pressure relief tank on the water heater as back up measure. This was all no charge to us since this was their third visit for this water heater they installed. I appreciate the prompt response and the good clean work by Juan. They are a stand up company that stands by their work. Thanks guys, we'll definitely be using them for the foreseeable future.
