In need of a new hot water heater to replace a disappointing and older on- demand system, we contacted Rosenthal Plumbing Inc.. Within only a couple of days we had an appointment.
Juan and Issac arrived during the latest major storm we've had this winter. They came fully prepared with the tank we requested and supplies for the other plumbing modifications we needed. By 5:30PM we had our new 50 gallon tank installed and are up and running. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Rosenthal Plumbing's service.

We were referred to Rosenthal when another plumbing company suffered a broken piece of equipment while trying to unclog a pipe. When the Rosenthal technician arrived, I explained to him where the clog was and what the other plumber had told me needed to be done. After he looked around a bit, I asked him ""How much to snake the stand pipe?"" and he said, ""Um, I think that's, like, $279"" without any reference to time, materials or reason. I questioned why it seemed so expensive, compared to what the previous plumber had told me needed to be done, and, rather than explaining the work involved, Rosenthal's guy just said ""Because we aren't one of the cheap plumbers in town. You pay for what you get."" I sent him away. I called up a third plumbing service who completed the job, consistent with what the first plumber had suggested, for $150. I won't be calling Rosenthal again and will be unlikely to work with a plumbing company that doesn't provide an hourly quote over the phone.

These guys are great! Jennifer and Jarrod did an incredible job and they were amazingly engaging, great sense of humor and very effective. We needed a second round (nothing they did, a kink in the works beyond what they handled) and Jarrod was immediately back to help. We took advantage of becoming members and it was worth every penny with the purchase of our first necessary item!! Integrity, great service and quick response what is not to like!!

Wowy! I got the A-team,,,Jennifer and Jarrod did an excellent job on my shower faucet and even installed the new shower head. They called first because they were running early and wanted to know if they could come move the appointment up. These two are really a great knowledgeable team and a delight to work with. Next year i am doing a kitchen remodel and they added me to their iPad data base along with suggestions of things I may want to do while the kitchen is torn apart. I really appreciated that the first time they were called, Eric got right back to me and was able to schedule an appointment that fit perfectly in my day. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

My mother recently had a complete plumbing system replacement done by Rosenthal Plumbing and we were very pleased with the outcome! The job was expensive but we did not seek other bids because we had them (Jarrod) do work for us before (also expensive). This job took a week and a half but a very stressful situation was made bearable by their amazing employees. The lead plumber, Juan, was incredible with his positive attitude, patience, expertise and follow-through. His crew, Samuel, Isaac and Jennifer (as well as Abel and Jonathan) were wonderful, too, so dedicated and hard-working. They treated my elderly mother with such kindness, patience and respect. Although their skill in performing this job was excellent, I can't overemphasize the awesomeness of the employees - it made all the difference to us, especially since we had to live in the house throughout the job! The reason I am giving four stars rather than five is because I hope that Rosenthal Plumbing will make it a requirement of all its plumbers to call their customers. Juan was the only plumber (including previous Rosenthal or other plumbers we had used in the past) who was on time or would call me to tell me when he would be arriving or if he was late (due to traffic from Santa Cruz, we're in Cupertino). His respect for our time was refreshing and eliminated a lot of frustration.

I had a gas line installed. The plumbers Juan and Jennifer were very professional and explained everything. There was a bit of a lag scheduling the service after the initial consult, we had to call a few times, but that was the only issue. Juan and Jennifer did a great job.

Polite and fast, but very corporate: the estimates they give are incredibly expensive and all in all it's a quiet hard sell, offering very expensive fixes that one suspects one might not need. Recommend Mr Rooter instead. Today's quotes for work to fix 2 leaking faucets: Mr Rooter, $282; Rosenthal, $1200 to $1600. Bleugh.

Good work by Jared, fine experiece with the quality . Seems quite expensive to me.Replacement of bathroom sink and attachment hardware under sink which was totally rusted.
Sink with parts and installation included, taking old sink away, needed some drilling into tile to make sink fit ,clean up and take away. Includes one post visit in 6 months total

When the plumbing backed up completely in our one bathroom house with a family of four we needed to get someone who could do the job right and quickly. We called Rosenthal Plumbing and they responded right away. We ended up needing to replace all the plumbing under our house. Corbin and Ismael showed up at the time we were given and got right into the work. They were personable, professional and didn't waste any time. They ended up having to take an additional day to finish the work, but they worked late to get us the use of our toilet and came back for a final full day to make sure everything was done right and tested. Corbin the tech went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of.

I know these guys come highly recommended. However be aware that they are very high priced. I had them give a quote for a cracked pvc pipe. The water company had already located the leak and exposed the pipe. They only had to turn off the water and replace a 12"" section of pipe. The quote was $1490.00. I got a second opinion and had Garrison Plumbing do the work for about $300. It took them less than 20 minutes of actual work and another to let the glue dry. The work completed by Garrison was excellent. A $1200 difference is insane. If you use them, just make sure you know what you are paying for and get a 2nd quote.
