Started with backup of toilet and shower with sewage. Called City for them to check the street sewage, they came and ""blew"" out street, still had blockage... my issue.... Called insurance and they contacted Rosenberg Plumbling to have me schedule service. This was Friday 12noonish... I figured oh no, schedule service, means Monday or Tuesday. Mike called and said, we will be out between 2-4pm (same day) WOW.. 4pm called by JIM, running late, but we will be there. They came, tried to clear from the house clean out valve, no good... have to go back and get camera to find out blockage and where house main line goes... I do not see another clean out and without the other clean out, cant resolve.. will call you... oh no, again figuring another trip probably next week then clean out... .way too long...

Jim called back within an hour, said we dont work weekends... BUT we will come out Tomorrow (SAT) 10am... double WOW.... they came out, brought a SNAKE, ran over 80ft, still not cleared.... started looking, searching, probing, crawling, for a second cleanout valve.. found it, opened it (buried under dirt) clean it and all is happy with household once again.
Mike and Jim, beyond the call of duty, made sure the household could function with toilets and showers... (weekend, 3 boys in the house) Yipeeee,,,, thank you Rosenberg Plumbing

Mike does great work. Goes the extra mile. Doesn't overcharge. Fixed several things in one stop from home warranty dispatch. 2 garbage disposals. Cleared one at no charge, instead of recommending replacement. Didn't look for ways not to find coverage as some co's will do when they are too busy. Also, after replacing toilet valve which toilet still had problem, didn't hesitate to stand behind his work and return to reexamine the problem.

Terrific business! Our water heater went down and we were still under home warranty. We called the insurance company and they told us they couldn't find a same day service provider and they assigned Rosenberg Plumbing as the provide for a service 2 days later. Rosenberg is awesome!!! He said that he will try to come over asap and he showed up in the evening on the same day! We got hot water again! yay! Thanks Rosenberg for going out of the way to help and give great service! We really appreciate it!

So disappointed - in past no problems with this company - they came out and told me I needed a new faucet for kitchen - I paid up front for them to get faucet (my fault) and seven weeks later NO FAUCET & no calls to let me know what was going on - each time I tried to call the mail box was full - finally after 7 long weeks of washing dishes in the bathroom and much pleading I got through to phone and demanded my money back - waited over a week to get money back - if you have over booked yourself OR don't want the job just say so up front

I absolutely applaud the prompt courteous service that I received from Mike R. ! He has done several jobs for me in the past such as unclogging my drain lines and detecting a leaky toilet problem after my water meter started running amok. I am about to replace my water heater and guess who I am calling? Yep! Rosenberg Plumbing.

I've called Rosenberg Plumbing twice in the past 5 or 6 years. Both times, he came at the stated time, did the work, charged the stated price, and made some suggestions for future work that might be needed. What more could anyone want from their plumber?

Like another reviewer, I had used Rosenberg Plumbing when it really was Rosenberg Plumbing (many, many years ago). The original owner was fantastic. I don't know when Mike took over, but I started using his services about 5 years ago. He's been fine. But this last time, he promised to send me an invoice and hasn't. I've called him several times (I hate feeling like a pest). Like other reviewers' experiences, he hasn't returned my calls. Maybe that's why he screens calls.

I can forgive the big mess he made when he changed my water filter the last time he was here ... water everywhere. Everyone makes mistakes now and then, although he said that was the second time that week he made that mistake. Unforgivable is not keeping a promise you make. I paid him, he cashed the check, but never sent me the invoice he promised. It's been over a month now.

I'm sorry to say that I won't be recommending him any more. Mike, clean up your act!!
