I used my home warranty to address a water heater issue. I made the request Friday evening and I got phone call back from Marie with detailed instructions within a couple of hours.

The next day Mike came to inspect the faulty water heater and explained what the warranty will cover and what code fixes are required, which was out of pocket. It's a tough pill to swallow when you're going through your warranty provider but I was pleased with the installation. It terms of value, I feel like the cost was on the higher side but the job was done professionally and I have peace of mind.

It's also worth to note that the job was done on Christmas Eve! I appreciated their responsiveness and knowledge and feel like others will too.

I used them for changing my old water heater with a brand new. and the experience was one of the worst in my 25 years. First the person installing increased the price he charged after he started the work. I had to pay it as I no other choice. Then he installed the heater wrong and it started leaking and when I called them again he asked me to pay extra few hundred dollars to fix the mistake.

Hats off to Rosenberg Plumbing. Excellent service and truly amazing. We had Mike and his crew do a toilet warranty job. We received a letter from our friendly neighborhood water district indicating that our usage was astronomical. We found the culprit toilet and the rest was history. Rosenberg responded that same day. We've used Rosenberg Plumbing a few times for a variety of tasks. They always do great, professional work and finish in a timely manner. This is easily the best plumbing group Coastside ... and I'd even venture to say the best plumbers I've ever used (and I'm an old guy, so that's saying something).
