Our upstairs ac unit when out and I called this place because they service my office building. They quoted $3000+ to repair based on the cost of the Freon. I asked for a quote to replace the unit, but he couldn't do it. I guess that wasn't his department so I called a different place the next day and they replaced it for me. I was surprised that this place never called me back to see if there was anything they could do to fix or replace. Never heard back from them even after I'd told him I was interested in replacing the unit. I don't think it's me job to beg them for my business. Disappointed.

If you want a professional repair, call these folks! Trey Cortez came out this morning, and in less than an hour he had our broken system up and running like new. The price was reasonable, and the service call fee went down to $29 because Rosenberg made the repair as well. Trey was courteous, listened to the problem, went right to work, quickly located the issue and made an effective repair. We will call Rosenberg for all our HVAC needs.

I talked w several local companies about some HVAC work on my house and the most straight-forward, no nonsense team was Rosenberg, from the first call to wrapping up the install.

They accommodated my always-changing schedule, never tried a hard sell, worked with me to understand how decisions we made for this first phase of a system overhaul would carry-over to the next phase.

Robert and Jason were the installers so I'm adding a note for each of them. When I get back in touch w Joe I. to spec out the remaining work, I'll request Jason and Robert to do the install.

I also love how they explain everything and you never feel silly asking a question, in fact, it seems like they love explaining...they are like air conditioning nerds in the BEST way. I could not be happier with the service we received by Trey from Rosenberg. He was knowledgeable and informative. He found the problem with our air conditioning, the blowers would not shut off, and fixed it right away. He also pointed out some areas that might give us concern in the near future.
