Here is another one star review for Jay. He was hired by our contractor to do about $10,000 worth of plumbing in our remodel.

He did nothing but use stall tactics, and ask us the same questions over and over again. As my second cousin, and with the glowing recommendation by our contractor, I really had high hopes. After two years of our job being in the works, he quits, after delaying the project for a whole month.

He refused to do a site visit to clear up all the questions, that he couldn't organize in his email.. just an absolute nightmare trying to work with this guy.

Find anyone else, because apparently, he's too busy, and has way too much work to find time for your job.

These idiots never called me back I guess they have so much money that they don't need anymore work that's what I find is wrong with these businesses around plumbers contractors electricians and people that you need to help with your home bad bad business

I needed an existing outdoor faucet hooked back to the house plumbing. They are extremely busy but got to me as fast as they could. Faucet works great. Happy and would use them again.

After two weeks of waiting and no return phone calls, I finally get him to come out and look at my house. He leaves and tells me he'll call me back with the bid, and he once again does not call me back. I finally called him Saturday morning and he got aggressive because I called him on the weekend. Beware!!! VERY Unreliable.
