High quality and dependable service for all your plumbing needs. We have hired Roselle Plumbing multiple times over the years for various repairs and plumbing home improvements. Every time we are more than satisfied with their work. Last week we had Jared and John replace our water heater and they did a great job. It was not an easy job, and they took the time to answer all of our questions and ensure we were happy with the results. Overall, we will contact Roselle Plumbing for future plumbing projects and repairs, as they are plumbing professionals who complete timely, high quality repairs and projects at a fair price.

I am only giving a one star rating because I don't think I can give no stars. I feel that this company took advantage of my senior citizen mom by tremendously over-inflating their prices. In addition, when they replaced her water heater, they ""installed"" a drip pan that was only placed under the heater, and not installed at all. They would not provide an itemized bill for the labor and costs, and were defensive when questioned by my husband. We will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. If your hot water heater needs to be replaced, you would be better served by Home Depot. We will likely file a complaint with the better business bureau. This job should not have cost $2228.00.

I had an improperly installed toilet that blew a wax seal and was leaking at the base. While initially put off by $367 repair, it was more than I could do, plus I only have one toilet in the house! Prompt arrival, extremely knowledgeable, and very neat. Did what they could do to mitigate initially improperly installed toilet, then fixed seal and remounted. Very happy with work performed. John was the plumber. I would recommend them. Didn't give 5 stars only because I thought it was a bit pricey, however I do feel better that the job was done correctly, as opposed to someone coming over, yanking off the toilet, throwing a new seal on, and have another issue in a month.

Could not get estimate over phone. $39.00 for service call and this is over and above the cost of the labor for the actual job. Guy came. He was nice, professional and did the Level 2 job ok. Cost was $203.00 for a job that took between 30 and 45 minutes. I supplied part.

Point is: OVER PRICED in my opinion!!

Like other posters here I felt it was right to support local business's. The office person could not give me a price on installing a simple cartridge in my shower. I even had the part. So out of good faith I let them come over knowing I'd get charged just for the estimate. Not only did I wait all day for them to come. (were suppose to come between 11-1, showed up at 4.30) the plumber tells me it would cost $375 to install!!!!!!!!. Kohler rated the job at 15 minutes. I told the guy no way on earth is that worth that kind of money for a 15 minute job. Do your self a favor and avoid these guys....

Dishonest and not competent. Unable to fix a simple leak for $2,000 Called another plumber and they fixed it right away. I would suggest avoiding this company,

Don was a nice guy but the cost for service is outrageous. Always ask for the price before they begin any work. (lesson learned! was my own fault) They charged $500 to unclog a sewer line that I have had other plumbers charge from $215 - $260 for the exact same work. I was told it was due to ""after hours emergency service"" and then told the normal rate for ""in hours"" was $400; still absurd. As mentioned, a very nice guy and his professionalism was great, but for the cost I have found a much more affordable plumber for my needs. That other plumber was awarded another $4000 of work through 3 other projects this year because of being fair.

These guys do great work. They're courteous, explain everything, and charge a fair price. I have called them twice for different things: water line for refrigerator/icemaker and leaky toilet. Both times they got it right the first time, no hassles. Highly recommended!

I had two toilets that weren't flushing properly and I was told that that one needed the trunk seal and the other a new clip and chain adjustment. I was lead to believe it was pretty technical and would need ""new parts"". When I saw a clip....similar to a paper clip was all that needed replacing, I asked why I was quoted $149....the answer was that was a minimum per toilet....(not told that) the other toilet needed a new seal.....again, I assumed that the insides would be replaced, considering that toilet repair cost $154!!! And did I mention, there is an additional charge for a trip of $49???? The total cost was $352 for a clip and a new seal. Needless to say, I won't use them again and would not recommend them!! The only reason that I gave them one star is that my toilets are functioning. The entire job took less than 20 minutes!

Called Roselle plumbing because they're in my community. Always good to support local businesses. I feel completely ripped off. Called about a tub drain clog. By supporting this company I offered them to replace the hardware in the toilet to save me time. They said they tried to clear for two hours and couldn't unplug the tub and that it would cost me almost $1000 to replace piping . They said they didn't have the materials to do the job end of day. I live 1 mile from Home Depot. They walked away charging me $520.00 The lady in the office made excuses for her workers and took no responsibility poor service. The replacing the pipes cost me $375 by another local Plummer who 0 service call fee as well . Make calls before calling this company
