I have an American home shield warranty for which Rose plumbing was contracted to fix my sump pump. Not only did they not fix anything for me, they never called me to setup a repair appt for the pump. I left numerous voicemails to them, with zero response. Their negligent business practices have caused much stress as our basement has been flooding on and off for over a week. Rose plumbing inc. is a joke. They are not professional people and are indirectly responsible for our basement being ruined. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REPAIRS. THEY ARE NOT A RESPECTABLE PLUMBING COMPANY.

Simon from Rose Plumbing is amazing. He came out for what seemed like a simple broken pipe repair and ended up staying for 4 hours after we discovered additional breaks and leaks. He wasn't giving up until we tackled all of them. I appreciate the fact that he didn't give up and reschedule to fix the additional problems (although I would have understood if he had too). He was very patient and really made this repair a priority. I will definately use him again and would refer him to anyone.

Simon from Rose plumbing came to investigate the sewer smell I was getting in my laundry room. I must say he nailed down the root cause in few minutes. While others recommended smoke test than would have run into $300+, he said it was not necessary and the problem was with the PVC piping near gray box.

Unfortunately he was not willing to give the quote besides charging $168 for opening the dry wall and investigation. I was apprehensive on getting stuck with his subsequent charge to fix it.

I would still recommend Rose on their knowledge and expertise.
