They came to install toilet and left a complete mess the owner decided to start dragging old leaking toilet down the stairs through my house!!! when I started panicking he said relax it's just water like are u serious? On top of that they left all their tools in the bathroom that I had to collect and carry out myself. Instead of asking my permission, owner finds his way around downstairs in my basement to plug his van in outlet for his personal use . Very bad aditude when I wanted to go over work invoice he started talking loud over me and asked for cash. Very unprofessional will never hire for service again

I needed my garbage disposal replaced. I called Rose Plumbing and spoke with David. He was very professional. We discussed a time and David was very punctual. He showed up wearing his PPE (mask and gloves). He installed the disposal as well as repaired a small leak which was a bonus! He also ran the water, secured and glued the remaining tracks to make sure there were no further leaks. I highly recommend Rose Plumbing for any Plumbing needs. A+ Local New Haven County Service!!

Mr Rose seemed to know his stuff at first but once we agreed to the project, things went downhill fast. First, he did not call back to confirm his starting time for the next morning. When I called late day, there was no answer. Finally, I called the next morning and was told that he mis-estimated and the price would be 15% higher. Unfortunately, I had called off my other contractors based on his word (my bad) and now was a bit stuck. I said OK and he said he that he couldn't meet me at 10am as I had requested, but could at 11am. I arrived at 11am and waited an hour for him to stroll in. There were a few other issues (like changing the job spec without telling me) but the main problem at the end was that he demanded his money (in full) before we turned the gas on a tested his work. As we tried to have a civil conversation about this, he became incredibly belligerent and rude to both me and my wife.

I know its difficult to find reliable contractors but I would highly suggest that anyone looking at this business consider other options before moving forward.
