I've used Rose City Plumbing for a few commercial jobs and they've always done a great job. Good communication, reliable, and great customer service. I recently had them install a new sink, faucet and disposal at my house and Ben did a great job. He arrived on time, was knowledgable and did a great job. When i returned home from work, the sink was installed and the area was all cleaned up. I highly recommend RCP for anything you need.

We've used a number of plumbers over the years in our home. A deteriorated sewer pipe ended up flooding our beautiful family room downstairs. It was a high stress situation. On the advice of someone, we contacted Mike at Rose City Plumbing to fix the underlying problem. Mike came out promptly, assessed all the evidence and properly made ALL the repairs needed. Found that we did not have hot water in the ADU as we do not use the space. Called and was able to get an appt within a week. Problem was diagnosed but a day later still no hot water. Called and they came back out within a few days. Fast to respond, prompt with time tables, and diligent.

The problem was more elaborate than thought and was not charged a second trip out, just for parts and labor. (Tad high if you ask me but we have family coming and it was needed to be done quickly)

I'd use them again to babe honest. Professional and easy to work with and pay.

I was leaving town and the Thumbtack hired plumber cancelled just a few hours before the appointment. Not happy with Thumbtack.

Mike was referred to me by my neighbor. He answered the phone and made space in his schedule to accommodate me without charging me an emergency service rate. A plumber arrived on time and told us we needed a new bathroom faucet. My husband ran out to the store to buy new fittings and a faucet while the plumber sawed the immovable faucet off the pedestal sink. The work was clean and we were on our way.

I'm super happy with their work and will hire them again.

Deleted them from my contacts. Their recommendation was for me to buy a new showerhead instead of them cleaning my old. Then I called Kennedy Plumbing, they knew what to do and charged me $90.
