We had an issue with cooling on our new HVAC unit. Troy at Roscoe Brown was attentive to our problem and scheduled an appointment immediately. Jordan Barrett was the technician that came to our house. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He found a leak of refrigerant and some settings that needed ""tweaking"". He explained everything to me. I was impressed.

Tyler arrived first thing this morning after spending night before last in the ER.
He was polite, professional and installed the new toilet in a matter of minutes.
He hauled off the old toilet, box and all the cardboad pieces.
