At that time, Murfreesboro was a much smaller community where everyone was familiar with one another. As a result, business owners had to follow through on their commitments and deliver remarkable service. Years later, the company has evolved and currently serves Nashville, McMinnville, and Tullahoma. Today, Norman Brown, the grandson of Roscoe Brown, oversees Roscoe Brown, Inc. Over the years, our commitment to integrity and prompt service has not wavered. We began our journey in 1940 when Roscoe Brown applied his skills, discipline, and tin work expertise to the heating industry, eventually expanding to include air conditioning. In 1969, Gary Brown, Roscoe's son, began leading the business. Currently, grandson Norman Brown is the President and General Manager of Roscoe Brown, Inc., continuing the three-generation legacy of providing high-quality work, attending to customer needs, and being responsive consistently. From the outset, our philosophy has revolved around one key question: What is the right way to operate a business? Today, we have established operations in Murfreesboro, Tullahoma, McMinnville, and Nashville, serving 25 counties across Middle Tennessee.
