I was very pleased their plumber Ray was on time dressed well and took care of business right when he got here. He assessed my problem with my water heater and easily installed it in a timely fashion. We have been using Rosales for a couple decades, typically to clear drains. Oscar Sr. , Oscar and Robert are fair and reliable. Our most recent plumbing failure was our cast sewer line. They first came out to snake it but since it didn't clear the sewer they didn't charge me anything. I received a quote to locate, dig down and replace perforated pipe. The work was performed as described, they showed up on time and the crew was great! They ended up lining a portion of the sewer with a fiberglass sleeve. It's all fixed now and draining fine. Ray and Alex performed the work and were cordial, explained everything and worked hard on a few very warm days. In todays unsettling times it's a relief to know that there is a small business that can be trusted and follows through with integrity. I highly recommend Rosales Plumbing.

We worked with Rosales Plumbing to have a new sewer line installed. This was a big project, the old line was about 70'. They did 50' of pipe bursting and 20' of relining. The final product looks great via the cam video and they did a great job filing in the holes and putting back the greenery.

Robert and his team were very professional and easy to work with - the got the job done right! This is not small project; I would recommend Rosales Plumbing to anyone who needs a professional plumber for project big or small.

I reached out via Yelp and communicated with Oscar about the plumbing job I needed done. He understood the job but requested a couple pictures to confirm what he'd see when he arrived which was smart. We scheduled a time and Oscar showed up when he said and performed the job. He tested the toilet to confirm all was working as it should and did find another small leak. If he wasn't thorough he'd have missed it. One more gasket replaced, retest and Oscar was on his way.

He did a great job at a fair price. What more could you want.

Oscar came out on a very busy day for his business. I had a clogged laundry line that has given us problems off and on for years. He put in the extra time and effort to get it opened and free flowing. There was a bit of an up charge from the quoted price for the extra work (he was here over an hour) but certainly reasonable and fair. I highly recommend Rosales Plumbing, and Oscar in particular for any plumbing needs. Honest, reliable, and dedicated, as well as a really nice person.

I contacted Rosales Plumbing on a Saturday and Oscar was able to come out and take a look. Oscar advised me that he can fix the leak on my main water line, but also warned me that my galvanized pipes were corroded. I took a few days to think it over and ask Oscar to come over again because me and wife wanted to replace the main line with copper pipe. After Oscar measured everything, he said he can come out on Thursday morning at 8:30 am and finish by Friday. Sure enough that Thursday morning at 8:30, Oscar and his crew was out there working on it already. Rey, was the primary plumber there and he answered all my questions and concerns. Rey even worked later that Thursday to prep up all the work for Friday. On Friday they ran all the pipes and was finished around 2pm. Me and my wife were extremely happy with the work done and the turnaround time. Everything was cleaned up and Oscar even came back that following Monday remove the rest of the concrete.
