Jose charged me $476 to clear a clog in my sewer line on a Saturday. The charge was high because he attempted to unclog from so many different places, first from the front clean out, then from a toilet (which he removed and replaced) then from the kitchen, then from the roof. He told me that the problem was under my porch, and that we could reschedule for him to tear out the concrete and replace the pipe there for several thousand dollars.

Minus 3 stars because:

1) The sewer line clogged again within a week. This time, I rented a electric snake tool from Home Depot and resolved the clog in the sewer line myself just by using the cleanout in my front yard. Took less than 30 minutes.

2) An other plumber come out with a pipe camera. The film showed that there was no problem under the porch whatsoever or anywhere else with the pipes on my property - the problem is that roots infiltrated the sewer line out in the street just beyond the sidewalk.

3) The second plumber said that Roroman ripped me off by spending so much time and doing so many unnecessary procedures to clear the clog that could've been easily addressed just using the cleanout in the front yard.

Plus 1 because:

I needed a duplicate copy of the receipt in order to see if I could be reimbursed by the city. I told José that I would write a review if he sent me a receipt copy, and he complied on the second request, so here I am acknowledging that.

Wish I could put 0 stars... I have been having a leak since Thanksgiving... The smell of mold and mildew has creeped into my home and I have 2 small children. My husband and I looked into this company to help us identify where the leak was. The first job was rescheduled 5 days later to identify if we had a leak and from where. Roroman came and said he couldn't do the job because of the concrete slab and recommended us to another person who had the equipment to identify the leak through concrete slab.

We had to wait until after the winter break to schedule time for the leak to be repaired we planned to put in a new tub/walls since the leak was located below and Roroman said he would assist us. Well today was our scheduled repair and the new tub was to be put in. We planned a week in advance to have our children and in law sleep over other families homes while the repairs were to be done, we had a brand new tub sitting in our living room and our 8am appointment turned into a 830 ""I forgot, I have other jobs right now"" and Roroman hung up the call. This was so unprofessional and has put us in an extended hardship. Thank you Roroman for not providing services at 100% satisfaction guaranteed like your website states wasting valuable time and providing such a disappointment to me and my family. Now we have to find someone immediately to do this job. This will not be the only time you see such a review.

Very horrible and unprofessional my rental property has a main line leak located outside the property I called Jose at 10 p.m. I was told he would arrive within one hour he did not arrive until 2:30 a.m. The next morning on top of it his wife knocks on my front door at 230 in the morning to fix a problem that was located outside they didn't even have to enter into my unit to fix the problem his wife asked they use my power at 230 in the morning waking me up out of my sleep when I had to be to work at 530 in the morning they are very unprofessional with a very slow response time

Jose does great work. I recently moved into a home and discovered a big water leak when the carpet was being replaced. I called him up since he was recommended from my in-laws as doing great work at a good price. He came out and fixed the leak plus a couple of other leaks that he discovered had not been fixed that the previous owners were supposed to fix. He definitely cares about his customers and remembers them. I recently ran into him at a store, a good month after he did the job for us, and asked me how the repairs were holding up. He does care that the quality of his work is top notch and his customers are happy.

Want to say how happy we were with Roroman's work. Very prompt, very clean and helped us out a lot with our older home. We had a small issue with our kitchen sink after Jose installed it. He was out the very next day to fix it. Highly recommend this company. They work very well with older homes.

This review is for service only. I had a water leak issue in my backyard and needed a plumber. Roroman was the quickest to give me an estimate and come repair it the next day on time. A day after the job was done, I had a small issue, I called him again and he picked up right away and made an appointment the next day again to resolve it. I would recommend Roroman and use him again if I have any future issues.

Roroman gets 4 stars for being on time and the follow up service even after he got paid.

Roroman Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They were responsive, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. We had several issues to repair, from leaking faucets, running toilets to a bad booster pump. Jose was able to take care of all our issues and I would highly recommend him/them to anyone. I had some issue with my garbage disposal and some water damage under my kitchen sink. Was looking for a handyman to handle both issue, but with no luck. Took a chance on calling a plumber. I called Roroman Plumbing, and lucky for me he was in the neighborhood. Showed up within 30 minutes, and replaced my garbage disposal within 30-45 minutes. I had also a minor issue with my dishwasher, which he took a look and fix for free. Jose was very helpful,patient, and very professional. I know it hard to find an honest service provider, (plumbers,mechanics,handyman,etc). With a few 1 STAR rating I see, I would recommend them to have better commuication with calling customers back. I would be upset too if I took the day off and there was a no show on any service provider that I had made an appointment with. But going on with my experience with Roroman Plumbing, I give them a 5 STAR. And definitely will call them for future plumbing issue.
