Reasonly, we had our 10 yrs plus water heater tank went out on our family last weekend..Called everyone but None could do it on the same Nor the price is Right. But Roroman Price was right and could do it on the same day and Oh! boy we were Enchanted by the sound that we're going to have Hot water soon..
Lastly, one place I need and see all the reviews all their works histories from others clients that they have to done the jobs with ROROMAN Plumbing "" Yel"" I know the website is an honest and Reliable sources. Shocking Surprise Nothing were bad about Jose and his crews but exceptional works..
Especially, Jose he was on time and works done speak for itself..
Lastly, he was Honest to all questions and answer I asked of him.. How I know because I have done my homework pire to asking him the question.
So, not long after that we schedule for the Same day Installment on Bradford hot water Tank On October 12, 2020.

Again, Jose was very polite and pleasant from the time I spoke to him and the time met him during the installment at our resident.. He was very Pleasant and most of all he was Honest when asked him question.. he was not Falsifying information or tricking me for a couple bucks..but yet this Man earn more than a one time work but I have asked him to return to work on my outside plumbing as well.

We are extremely HAPPY and Completely satisfied with his works, we HIGHLY Recommend this Company to anyone need hot water tank replacement.. p.s Jobs was completed within two hours and clean..
If we need in near future we will absolutely call them again..

Jose was amazing, so amazing and fast. I definitely recommend this company to anyone searching. He was very kind and put up with upset me. I cannot believe how fast he had my hot water heater found and installed but he did it. I'd call him first before any other company .

Jose has worked on various plumbing issues at my house since 2014.

He replaced a 30 foot section pipe from the clean-out to a crazy easement that the previous owners of our house never told us about.

He unclogged a sink that I couldn't clear with a snake.

He replaced a toilet valve.

He installed a water box behind our refrigerator. To do this, he had to crawl under nearly the entire length of my house to the water source.

While he was doing that, I asked him to check out the pipes under the laundry room, as we had noticed an increasingly bad odor for about 4 weeks. He located a cracked pipe and replaced that as well.

His rates are by far the most reasonable compared to previous plumbers. That's why we continue to call him whenever problems come up.

This is the plumber that Solano Property Management (SPM) uses. Mine and my neighbor's drain is backed up.
Roroman was sent out to ""fix"" it the problem. The plumber worked for approximately 2 hours. The i get a message from SPM, stating that Roroman called and said they can't fix it and to call someone else.
Okay fine.
The issue I have is what is shown in this picture. They left my bathroom a mess. Gross, stinky, black swamp water in the tub (that won't drain) and sludge all over the sink. Thanks for nothing 'Roro'.

Our water heater started leaking, I'm a renter so I got ahold of my property management company and they sent out a couple of contractors. Long story short Roroman got the job. Jose showed up on time and a few hours later we had a new functioning water heater. Jose was very professional, came prepared with everything he needed to finish the job cleanly and proficiently. Don't know what it cost but must have been reasonable for my property management to go with Roroman. I would definitely call them in the future. Thanks Jose!

This person jose it's his name be so disrespectful I start my appointment was a 1:30 this employee showed at 3.pm the guy do the inspection he said he coming back in 30 min he showed at 5.30 pm to do the job. This guy be so rude and crazy
