I was at my local Barbershop; just after they were allowed to open due to COVID-19. I was the first customer they had since closing down. I noticed water on the floor and damp towels on the ground. I guess when they turned on their water, a leak began under the sink. They couldn't stop the leak so a bucket was placed under the sink to collect the dripping water. I was asked if I knew a good plumber? I've used Roques Plumbing in the past and I was very happy with the work and the cost. Needless to say, I called Roques Plumbing for them. I spoke to Saul. Saul responded to the business and fixed their problem within 15 minutes! I will continue to use Roques Plumbing and you should as well!

I had an issue with over working my garbage disposal and of course clogging it. I called for help at 7pm to Roques and they were 1 of 4 that came right out and did an amazing quick job to fix it and took care of cleanup very well also. I found my plumber for any and all future needs. On top of it all the plumber was a nice guy. That always helps!

During this time of covid 19 and extra people now living in my house, we lost water pressure from the kitchen faucet, a vital necessity at this time. Roques Plumbing drove up next door to do some work so I (from a 6 foot distance) approached him with my problem. He had it fixed in five minutes, no charge. Awesome. I couldn't be more pleased with Roques Plumbing - they will be my plumber in the future if I need any work done. I am remodeling my kitchen and must have gotten 4-5 estimates and most of them were outrageous. One told me the job would take 2 days and another said it was a 3 days job. Saul and his associate finished the entire job by 3:00 pm on the first day and it looks great. He showed up exactly when he said he would and moved and removed a huge set of pipes from one side of the room to the other. Took pipes that were running down a wall and moved them inside the wall and got everything set up for my new kitchen, plus discovered that the water tank needs servicing. Even showed me the dirty brown water in the tank. He was able to set a vent through the wall when others said they'd have to open the roof! Plus, he was the most reasonable bid of everyone that I asked. The complaints that I've read on here aren't reasonable and don't seem to have anything to do with the work that is done. You get what you send out. I am very pleased with the results. He will be back to install new sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal and set up ice maker when the cabinets are installed in two weeks. Thank you for a great job and a very fair price!
