I am so impressed w/ Roper Plumbing and especially plumbers Bobby & Eddie. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and good-natured. Also very good at keeping me informed on the project. Issue was small pooling water at the front of the toilet - and they found that the flange which holds the toilet in place, was not fastened to the cement properly - as the cement had crumbled and deteriorated. They had to gouge out the old cement, replace the flange, fill in new cement, and remount the toilet. A job that could have taken a couple days (waiting for cement to harden) was finished in a few hours - due to the cleverness and creativity of Bobby & Eddie - able to re-seat the toilet w/o affecting cement drying. I was nervous when I saw the severity of the problem (crumbled cement under the flange) but Bobby made it look easy and he was in full control of the fix. Quick too!

These guys were great! They came out for what looked like a simple fix-snaking the drain for a clog. They ended up spending most of the afternoon looking for solutions. They would not give up until they fixed it. I was very impressed with all 3 and grateful that i now have a working toilet and shower again without having to tear up my floor. And their prices were reasonable for all the work they did! I highly recommend them!!

They came out and did there $99.00 drain clean on a rental house of ours. It worked great but started leaking a week later at the location of the drain clean. The owner came out personally and fixed the issue at no charge. He said it was nothing that they did but was an easy fix. Awesome experience.

Over charged! My telephone quote was $250.00 for a septic tank emptying via the Aussi guy on the phone who only asked me if the tank was in Merritt Island. Final bill: $340.00 which included a hefty $68.00 charge for the 30 second rinsing of the filter and a fee for finding the tank! Ridiculous. I was quoted $300.00 by another company and the correct questions like tank size etc. were asked and discussed. WIsh I had known all this, I would have chosen the other company. Not to be trusted this outfit.

Customer Beware! They cracked the cover of the septic tank by carelessly smashing their shovel into the the cover when digging it up. Couldn't even find the other tank for the house either. Had to call another company who was soooooo much better. Highly discourage anyone from using!

We had Brock come out and he said it would be a week to move my hot water heater. The day arrives and he calls at 6:50 am and canceled and us without hot water for a week! Totally unprofessiona.
