Frank picked up the phone when I called and he was at my house within an hour of our conversation. We had a major situation going on and needed someone with a heavy duty snake for a clean out.

Frank saved our hides. When our landlord refused to send an emergency plumber on a night when all our toilets were leaking and sewage was backing into our bathtubs, Frank came in the middle of the night, climbed up into our roof, and cleared our main line. He's a true expert and also explains what he's doing every step of the way. He's personable, charges a reasonable price for his services, and cleans up after he finishes working, which has not been my experience with most plumbers. In fact, we were so impressed by his service, we hired him back a few days later to stick a camera down our drain and make us a DVD of the inside our our pipes to show to our landlord. Frank is a perfectionist and gets the job done quickly! He replaced a toilet seat, taking special care first to remove the rust buildup on the porcelain. For our other problem, a ""ghost flush"" on another toilet, he diagnosed the cause as a leaking flapper, and literally went the distance to get the dedicated part instead using a generic flapper. Rooty Rooter fees are reasonable too. Frank is a great plumber and a good guy.

Frank did A great Job.. They had to jackhammer the dirt it was so hard. The mainline needed to be dug up and replaced. They did such a clean job replacing all the pipes. They filled in the dirt and put the grass back. After awhile it will not be visible of being dug up at all. Frank takes pride in his work, and also cleaned the driveway after he was done. I can tell he has alot of experience in doing all types of plumbing and repairs. He gets the job done at a great price!

This guy is amazing. He was there fast and got the job done quick. Our entire house was flooding and the main drain was clogged. It's great when you find a professional who really knows what they're doing. A great personality as well. He made us laugh even while our house was filled with toilet water. A hidden gem! Frank came out the day after my call, and worked his behind off snaking and hydro jetting my VERY clogged exterior pool drains. I had thought that there was DE plugging up 3 of the drains that took forever to dry up, but Franks started with the snake, and was able to show me the HUGE amount of roots that were in the main!
He worked for more than 5 hours both snaking and then hydro jetting all of the 11 exterior drains, and THEN he pulled up all the drain covers and actually dug the dirt and muck out of them! He then put all of that muck and the roots and everything into my ""green"" bin, and left the entire area clean and ready for the rain - which came the very next day! All is draining very well at long last, and I couldn't be more pleased!
Frank was grinning and happy every time I looked at him, he truly enjoys helping people. His knowledge and skill in his field are excellent, and his prices are excellent for the work he puts in.
I would never hesitate to call him again, or to recommend him to anyone I know!
