Chris recently called me and said he really needed a job. Chris said that he would give me a 30% discount. I gave him some money for supplies for an upcoming project because he said he not afford supplies due to April being a slow month for plumbers. When I asked him for money back as no supplies were ordered at 8am or services were rendered yet then he became aggressive and threaten me. He said he was still going to do my job and get materials to get the job started. I said I never signed a contract and would not give him permission to do any work. I did not feel safe around him. I asked him not to come to my house. After I returned from an appointment, he was parked outside my house. Please be careful.

Very inexperienced! They come off as if they know-it-all. Give elevated prices, without seeing the job. I think they were upset because I called on a Saturday, Not knowing his business information online stated they were open.
Furthermore, not knowing he was talking to someone experienced construction!
He was very aggressive and arrogant with little or no experience In business! I feel sorry for the customers who come in in contact with this business.

Chris, the owner, is so professional and very knowledgeable . I had a leak from water heater, and I didn't have a budget for replacing it. Chris assured me that the tank was ok and that I just needed to replace a part. I highly recommend him.
