As I have used rocket plumbing a couple of times before, and as they had a terrific young plumber (Mark) on a job near my house, when I realized that I had a small puddle on the kitchen floor at breakfast time I called Rocket.
Mark was here within 45 minutes, which was pretty amazing. He diagnosed the problem, not as a water line leak, which I had feared, but as a faucet problem. And he was back the next morning to install my new faucet. Great work, Mark!!

BEST PLUMBERS EVER! After purchasing our house we had some odd plumbing problems, including a very nonstandard pump in the basement to prevent flooding that left our home inspector confused. Rocket plumbing was able to figure out all of the issues and replace or update everywhere as needed. They also gave us clear understandings of our options and what costs would be. Super responsive and nice to work with! Will use again if we ever need a plumber.

My daughter shoved a washcloth down the drain after her bath (again!) and Rocket Plumbing was there to help within the hour. I needed a copper supply line cut, soldered and replaced under my kitchen sink. Thru Yelp I reached out to local plumbers. I heard from 3 and Rocket Plumbing was by far the most responsive. Set up an appointment. The tech came early (unbelievable) and did an outstanding job. Price was totally fair and reasonable. I highly recommend calling Rocket for plumbing needs...I will be a repeat customer.

I had several problems from my tenant's toilet tank not filling up, a leak that was coming from the bathtub of another tenant and the drain issue in my basement. I contacted Rocket Plumbing again for this year since they did an excellent job last time. Sam and his work partner Louis came and assessed the issues that I had. They were able to install a new fill valve for the toilet and were able to clear up the obstruction on my basement sink drain. They also identified the source of the leak from my tenant's bathtub and told me that a separate project would be needed to resolve this issue in the future. Both Sam and Louis were professional throughout the duration of their services and the cost for the repairs was reasonable.
Thanks to Sam, Louis, and Rocket Plumbing; you guys have satisfactorily done it again!

Used Rocket today for a shower repair. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. They took the time to thoroughly explain to me what the issue was as well and showed me what they were going to do etc which I appreciated. They quickly returned with the parts and completed the repair. They did a quality job fixing my issue. I will be calling Rocket for any future plumbing needs.

We replaced our own garbage disposal, but noticed the pipes weren't connecting properly so we called Rocket Plumbing. They were able to send someone over within the hour.
