I called Rootmaster and he came out within 30 minutes. He immediately knew what the problem was, my central drain was backed up. He did what was necessary to fix the problem and it was solved quickly. Then he took some extra time to make sure the problem would not return. Very pleased with the quick response and service.

Scott always takes care of us and does a very thorough and professional job. He even came once on Christmas Eve on short notice to clean out a backed up sink for us. The main sewer line backed up and flooded part of the basement in our 53-year-old home. Normally I would just rent an auger for $50 and snake the line myself, but with company coming I didn't have the time or patience. I called several places that couldn't give me a firm quote over the phone. Scott at Rootmaster quoted me a fair price over the phone and said he could be there in a half hour (on a holiday). Scott showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. This was his third main line job for the day, and it wasn't even noon! He cleaned the main sewer line of roots (and backed up junk) out to the street (~100 feet), and then checked to make sure everything was draining properly. He took less than an hour, charged me the price quoted over the phone, and left the working area clean. I am pretty familiar with this type of work and was very impressed. Scott has been doing this for 30+ years, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, had quality equipment, and gave me a six month warranty on his work. I will gladly hire him again, and certainly recommend him to family, friends, and neighbors.
