Our shower was not draining and after speaking with a polite dispatcher, Hiram came to the rescue approximately 90 min later. He was polite, prepared with all the necessary equipment, was very thorough explaining his work, and was able to fix the issue. Cost wise they are well worth it!

Wanted a price on there site $49 to clean one drain and was a bait and switch . They wanted $189 to clear drain thru vent pipe not the drain for washer . They don't honor there price and tech was rude and argumentative and hung up on him . Don't use this company !!!

PVC pipe main line to the house broke and water blasted me for a few minutes. Rootin Tootin Rooter was able to remove and replace with a copper system. Malik was professional and did solid work. I would not hesitate to call Rootin Tootin Rooter in the future and will refer them to friends and family. Thanks again Malik for great work. The pic is before pipes were wrapped.

Called these guys upon a recommendation, but they were awful. Took forever to figure out how to plug simple leak as my wife was home and they patronized her. I called the guy on scene and told him where leak was, but I didn't have time to repair. It was in garage and easily accessible, but they made a big hole in living room and ended up not using that access - now I have large ugly hole to patch. Then they didn't have some common 1/2 connections...they went to HD for parts and took forever. They charged me over $550 for 2 feet of pex, two connectors, and about 1/2 work. I should have been a plumber! But I suppose I would starve as I would not have fleeced the customer. Own various houses, would not use these guys (who barely spoke English) for anything, not even to change out a garden hose!!!

Fantastic Team on the Ball!
The techs are knowledgeable, courteous, and make sure the job gets done right. Many of the plumbers in town are one man Bands. This team cares about their customer and has the Tools to get the job done right. Its hard to fix big issues with Ace Hardware tools .....

In any case keep up the good work and raise the bar here in Tucson.
