I honestly have to say I felt scammed. I repeatedly asked on the phone what the cost is to have a clogged drain snaked and I got a run-around answer that the technician would assess the situation when they got there and provide a quote. After scheduling the appointment between 11 and 2, I get a call that it probably won't be until between 2 and 4pm. When the technician arrived there was zero assessment done, just the technician telling it would be $295 to clear the drain. Honestly $295 could not have come out of his mouth faster upon arrival. I am not sure why this couldn't have been told to me over the phone. The only thing I can think of is that you are trying to trap people into paying this high price. Its past 2pm at this point best case scenario if I don't use your service is I can maybe get another company out the next day. Frankly, its very dishonest. Nobody would use your service if you quoted this price up front.

Then on top of it there was zero effort to keep a clean work space in my home. You just slap the routing machine down on the rug in my kitchen and then trail fluid from the drain on the floor when they carried the equipment out. I have an baby crawling around currently. You think I want them crawling through that! Considering the premium you charge to snake a drain, I would have expected much better service, extremely disappointed.
