Rooters On Time -
They did not honor the $49.95 clean any drain.
They wanted more and had excuses to charge more.
They were rude and can not be trusted .
I called another plumber and they did the work
per advertisement, so i know they tried an up-charge.

I called Rooters on time this morning regarding an issue with our balcony faucet. I was expecting the usual next day or two service appointment that most establishments normally offer, but to my surprise, they told me that they could be at our residence within an hour or so. It goes without saying that I was pleasantly surprised when Garry called within fewer than 30 minutes of my original call and told me that he was at our gate! Amazingly quick, thank you!

Garry, was honest, courteous, polite and very professional! He inspected the problem & explained clearly how it can be repaired or replaced, suggesting that we attempt to repair the faucet as its more cost effective and if that failed we could then replace it.

Garry did a great job & repaired our problem quickly and even saved us some $$ on top of that!

Not only was the plumbing technician on time, he was 15 minutes early. He was very professional, polite, and was able to diagnose the plumbing problem quickly. Competent, efficient and professional! I called Rooters On Time after seeing many positive Yelp reviews. Excellent service. Leo arrived at our home less than 30min after we called him, found the source of the problem and fix it. Leo was a very peasant and professional individual. He even gave me some tips regarding what I need to do if a similar problem ever occurs. All in all, I had my plumbing issue fixed within 2 hours of calling him.
Would certainly recommend Rooters On Time and will call again if a plumbing issue needs resolution. I give Leo my highest recommendation.

My basement flooded after my water heater exploded due to old age. I looked on yelp and called 4 different plumbers. Rooters on Time was the first to get back to me and they came to my house that day on very short notice. The man answering the phone was very helpful and would call me to let me know when they were on their way. Everything was very professional. He sent GARY over to us. Gary was super nice, professional with quoting (there's a handbook for pricing so there's no guesswork), and did extra than what was asked. Couldn't be more pleased with him. Highly recommend!

We had raw sewage pouring into our flower bed due to a broken main sewer pipe. Garry was not only honest but affordable too. We had received quotes from $5500-$7500 from other plumbers but he managed to get it done for $2500. His crew was kind and professional. They even hosed down my driveway when the work was complete.

Rooters on Time, professional, honest, and early. Thank you very much for a professional and fair price for fixing my broken sewer line. They recommended a pipelining instead of digging a 25' trench in my front yard. It saved me time and money. It took only 4 hours and my wife is ready to do laundry again! Leo and Garry are honest people and aren't trying to upsell their service. I would use them again in a heartbeat, but I think my plumbing is good for a long time. Called Rooters on Time this morning at 8:30 because my master bathroom toilet was clogged and was backing up into my bathtub. YUCK! I saw the good reviews on Yelp and an ad in a local magazine that said they charged $49.95 to unclog drains. Garry arrived within 45 minutes (which was the time frame I was told on the phone). He got to work quickly, and explained that if he was able to unclog the drain from the clean-out below, it would be $49.95. If that didn't work, he would have to lift off the toilet and unclog it from above using the snake machine. That was going to cost over $400. YIKES!! Luckily, Gary was persistent and was able to get to the clog from below. Thanks so much!
