DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called on Friday and was told the soonest someone could be out to pump septic was the following Wednesday. I said I would make an appointment but will still call around to see if I could get someone out sooner. Then I was told someone could come out between 8-12 on Easter Sunday. I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be just for my appointment and was assured that techs are working that day as they are busy this time of year. So I said that would be great. Sunday morning they call me at 9:30 to tell me tech's truck is damaged and they cannot find keys to other trucks so they need to cancel. They purposely make appointments they know they cannot keep. Was told I would be called back from the tech manager and here it is 1:30 and no call. After looking at reviews from other people, this is common for them.

My appointment was 10 to 2pm. They called at 1 and said they did not forget me. they called at 3 pm and said they were not going to make it. I told them I stayed home all day waiting for them. I told them forget it. Call them if you want to wait for no-shows

Angry doesn't describe. ROOTER PLUS 770-888-1931, HORRIBLE SERVICE...I have never seen such incompetence handled by an organization. I had an appt. on 3/3/18 stayed home they called and cancelled due to emergencies and unfinished business, said they would come on Sunday 3/4 only to receive another call with same explanation. I declined to setup something for the following week. But they called again on Monday promising to make good on 3/8 between 12-3. I had someone come to my home to wait only for them to Call me at 2:20 and say they couldn't make it again. UNTRUSTWORTHY, NOT GOOD AT THEIR WORD. Wouldn't recommend to flush a porta potty. WOW!! SMH!!

On Monday, we had nearly no water pressure in our second floor condo in Marietta and after having my plumber go over everything inside and finding nothing wrong, he went to the shut off valve and tested the pressure coming from the street. It was below 30 psi, indicating that the problem was in the supply coming into the complex. I contacted property management, which is the ONLY reason Rooter Plus got involved. These guys came out on Tuesday and determined, yes, the problem was in the lines and they would have to dig. During a face-to-face conversation between me, the property manager, and Jose from Rooter Plus, we talked about re-installing a pressure regulator valve on the line, since my plumber had to remove the previous one to check the pressure from the street. The manager and I told Jose that it was imperative that this go on BEFORE they turned the water back on, because the pipes inside and around these buildings are 44 years old. I asked Jose how much that would cost, and the manager impressed upon him that she wanted it included and that management would pay for it along with all of the other repairs. On Wednesday, at 10:35 after telling the manager that they would be there by 9, Jose and David came back and dug up the lines, located a leak, """"repaired"""" it and then turned the water on, leaving a gaping hole filled with water, a destroyed fence, mountains of mud blocking the only stairs into the building and NO PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE. There was also still water bubbling up from the ground in a leak that they didn't address. Upon discovering there was no PRV on Thursday morning, we called the manager and sent her photographs. Not five minutes later, Jose, called my husband, who had never given Jose his phone number (we don't know how he got his number) and when confronted about the PRV, denied the conversation ever took place! He flat out called me and the manager """"liars"""" - his words. We then sent emails and made phone calls the Property Manager and the Home Owner's Association board. The Property Manager called and told him that his first order of business was to get back over and put the PRV on the line as promised, which he did an hour and a half AFTER he was supposed to arrive, and then he disappeared for a number of hours, leaving the gaping hole filling with water from the unaddressed leak. Then he came back with another gentleman and the two of them stood, leaning against their truck, drinking soda for over an hour and a half and then took off again. They did absolutely NOTHING else at our building. On Friday, I again sent pictures to the manager and she told me that they would be back to address the now growing leak, cover the pipes and clean up their mess. It was 4:30 pm on Friday when they showed up, moved some dirt around and then left for over two hours, still not having addressed the leak, but they were sure to turn off the water to ONLY MY CONDO before they left. When they came back it was dark and we heard them banging things around and moving heavy equipment. My husband went down and talked to one of the four workers there and he was assured that they would have the water back on before they left (which was around midnight). Well, they did such a crappy job, they broke a pipe, covered it with dirt, and not 30 minutes later, there was a rushing river shooting up from the front of the building and running down the street. Needless to say, our water pressure was lower than before they even came out the first time. After several phone calls (and no, they do not have emergency after hours service), Property management finally got in touch with someone who said that they were turning around to come shut off water to the entire street and would be back EARLY to fix the leak and finish the job. They didn't even show up until 10:55 this morning, Saturday. No one on the street has any water, no one in the building can park in front of their homes, there are still mountains of mud blocking the stairs and parking lot and they now have heavy machinery parked on the lawn, potentially on top of the neighbors' water lines. After my first contact on Tuesday with Jose, I made a note of their telephone number so I could call them instead of my other plumber the next time I had a problem. But if I ever call Rooter Plus for a problem inside my condo, I have given my husband express instructions to have me committed. You would have to be insane to use this unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent company. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Worst company ever. Did repair on my septic tank for $5,178. 3 years later the system failed, I called rooter plus and the said the warranty was expired. My new septic tank company told me Rooter plus did very few repairs that shouldn't cost more than $1,000. I had to pay another $4,500 to re-do what rooter plus was supposed to do. They ripped me off. STAY AWAY FROM ROOTER PLUS, THE ARE WILL SCUMM YOU!

They charged $466.51 to snake a 25 ft. drain pipe. Were here one hour and five minutes. On their site one customer reported she said absolutely no to their quote and they cut the price in half. I am not adept in this kind of business dealings and paid the full price. My bad. Another lesson learned. Stay away from this devious company.

Rooter Plus came to replace a diverter for a leaky faucet, then left saying it was the pressure reducing valve and faucet still leaked. Then I paid for the prv to be replace and the faucet still leaked. I was then told it would cost $900 to fix the problem after I had paid at least three hundred. I sent several emails over several weeks to management and he responded once saying he would look into the matter, but I have not heard from him in weeks. Today my son replaced the diverter that Rooter plus said they fixed and fixed that leak. I tried to work with Rooter Plus and they did nothing to try and work with me to make me whole as I was out money and still had a leak with a quote for 900.00 to fix the leak. I do not recommend this company and their business ethics are questionable.

These folks just canceled on us at 12:26pm after we rearranged our entire day to be here for a 12-4 window. They are NOT open 24/7 as their site claims - they have 2 windows each day: 8-12 and 12-4. Now it's too late to get another company to come out today, and in the meantime we can't flush/do laundry/shower, etc. UGH!

Rooter Plus did an outstanding job for us. We called and Hunter Kemp came right out to give us a consultation. He and Stacy came back the next day and fixed a plumbing issue we had in our downstairs shower. They were very professional, quick, neat and efficient. I really appreciate their service. We are very pleased with how it turned out. I would highly recommend them.

After my previous plumber ruined my water valve, I had to call another plumber. Anthony to the rescue! He came immediately, worked all night, and completed the job without disruption. Anthony told me exactly what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. I appreciated his honesty and diligence to get the job done. He was communicated and was compliant with my HOA. Anthony cleaned up all the shrub and dirt that had to be dug up. Way to go Anthony!
