CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I wish I had read these reviews before I contacted this company. I was quoted $250 to pump my 1500 gallon septic system. When this company came and dug this up the price suddenly jumped to $760. I would have told them to leave but my husband told them to go ahead and finish the job Since they already had my yard dug up. I questioned the tech Chris before he started pumping why the great difference. He then told me I would have been advised there may be additional charges. I told him I know what I was told and even repeated the price back to the rep that scheduled my appointment. His rude reply was """"people only hear what they want to hear."""" When we got his printed bill they charged $250 to dig 18"""", 60' of hose, 2"""" of solid. Really! 2"""" is basically nothing according to another company I contacted to see if I had been ripped off. The additional charges $275 to clean slug, $70 for an extra 60' of hose, and $135 to dig an extra 2"""" (over the 18"""" inch). I would not even give this company a 1...

I just had a repair at my condo by RooterPlus. I am beyond angry at their service and just wanted to pass on the review I provided on Google. By the way, I told the owner I was going to submit a Google review and he said """"go ahead, I don't care"""". So here it is RooterPlus came and totally overpriced everything. We requested a fix for the flapper and the guy came and told my wife she needed a new toilet. By the time I got home and talked to the guy to tell him jist to replace the flapper, the guy cut the pipes, saying he had approval from my wife initially. I then told him to just replace the flapper and he and his boss (I assume the owner) said that since he cut the pipe, just replacing the flapper would be $100 less than a new toilet (which they are charging $800 for). This company is a total rip-off and I would recommend finding another plumber, unless you want to pay for unneeded repairs! I gave them 1 star because there is nothing below that available. I informed the owner of my concerns and informed him I would be writing a review and his response was """"go ahead, I don't care"""". So this is it.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS DECEITFUL AND SCRUPULOUS IN THEIR BUSINESS TACTICS. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. We recently sold our home in Cumming, Georgia and the buyer contracted with this company to inspect the Septic System. This company came to inspect the septic system and informed us (the seller) that we had to update our tank before they would approve the inspection. They stated that there was a code violation and they needed to install 2 PVC pipes at a cost of $1,490.00 before they would approve the septic tank inspection. We immediately sensed an upsell tactic from them using the """"Code"""" Regulation language to extract this additional monies from the seller (US). We reluctantly agreed to this cost to """"upgrade"""" the system and put it back in supposed """"code condition"""" as stated by the inspector on several occasions throughout their process on the condition that they provide us with the """"Code"""" that required this work in writing. Although the inspector stated that all the information we needed would be contained in the invoice upon completion of the work. THERE WAS NO REFERENCE TO THE """"CODE"""" requiring the work in the invoice. In leaving the property they also damaged newly planted grass with their excavator and left waste containment leaking on the road as they drove off. TOTAL DISSATISFACTION IN EVERY WAY WITH THIS COMPANY. After much reluctance and lengthy discussion they agreed to provide us with the requested """"Code"""" information in the body of the paid invoice. They provided us with an invoice with NO MENTION OF THE CODE they referenced to so often. This of course further deepened our suspicion of this inspector's coercive methods and deceitful business practices. In closing we can state again that BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY, They showed NO CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERESTS in their practice.

DO NOT SING WAIVER FOR THE WORK THESE PEOPLE PERFORM. I had rooter plus come out to drain septic tank brought a backhoe in to dig up drive way ran over mailbox then started to dig first dig tore up main water line found waterline a foot off next to septic tank. after shutting water off finished digging, then tells me that septic tank is full and needs all extra stuff to treat ground and septic tank. Not knowing about septick tanks I went ahead and had work performed 4000 dollars. Was told had to call in plumber to replace main water line 4000 dollars router plus plumber came out 2 days later because of rain water shut off 3 days. as digging trench for main water line tore out fibber optics to home 3 weeks to get repaired. After all this met with pre. owner of property septic tank was cleaned the year before called septic tank manufacture found that septic tanks run full. ????? After fact i have cont. dirt running in water lines. Im scared to call them for the fact that I singed a waiver and ill be miss led again. My point of this is a company needs to take care of customers and not slam them for money just to make a buck .

Would be zero stars if it was an option. I was hired by an elderly client to sell her home. We hired Rooter plus to pump her tank because a friend told her she need to do it to sell her home and client insisted. She was having NO issues and lived in the 3 bedroom home by herself. When Rooter Plus came out they told her she needed an entire new system for $8000. She called me immediately in tears and I told her to tell them absolutely not, which she did. She called me back 15 minutes later and they had dropped the price to $5500. Sounds like commission to me. We hired another company that inspected the system for $200 and it was fine. Dont walk, run.

never use rooter plus in dallas ga. $706.00 to replace flange of toilet 20 minutes total work to cut out old flange on floor and replace but first they had to go to home depot to buy flange then did the 20 minute job then a second trip to home depot to but plastic shims because toilet still rocked front to back they never cleaned up and used plastic screws and plastic bolts to anchor toilet they are total rip offs for the plumbers sector

This company is a scam. It is a bait and switch con. They give you the price of $150 or $250, to get you interested in there service. They come out & give you a sales pitch about possible contributing factors why your septic is full. I went through this with them. I needed my septic tank pumped out because it was full. I dug up the dirt so the lid was exposed, so it would be easier for them. Before the lid was even opened, the guy starts out telling me all the possible problems why my tank is full, and started giving me prices to fix the problems (RED FLAG) before even looking into the tank. I opened the lid (with no help from them. I am even struggling to get this heavy concrete top up and they just stand there). He said yes it's full, then went into more possible problems that it could be. I said, """"look, I just want you to pump my septic tank out, that's it no more no less, then we can talk about possible problems"""". """"So how much will it cost to JUST pump out my septic tank""""? He said $1,100. I told him the web site and the person on the phone said it would be $150 or $250. He stated, that is the starting price. THERE IS NO PRICE OF $150 OR $250. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!! Please be careful of these people. They are not honest on their web site or on the phone. Again, there is no price of $150 or $250. Remember I said earlier, he said $1,100 just to pump out the tank. So I have to ask what cost $150 or $250. What do I get for that price? STAY AWAY!!! We are only fools if we let ourselves be.

Would like to forewarn anyone thinking about using this company, review is accurate and I am a previous customer. I live at Cedar Chase Townhomes in Atlanta GA, 30324. In 2021 our HOA hired Rooter Plus to re plumb water main lines and unit feed lines in our 48 unit community. Rooter Plus took several weeks longer than they estimated and in 2022 had to redo all the water main lines due to repeated leaking. At 1:30 AM on Oct 26th the direct feed line Rooter Plus installed to my townhouse blew off the water mainline they installed in front of my townhouse discharging a firehose strength geyser of water with granite aggregate directly at the front of my home shattering 4 windows and skylight. My house was flooded with 3-4"""" of water, furniture, artwork, ceilings and walls destroyed. The only thing worse than Rooter Plus's poor project management pathetic workmanship is their complete and utter lack of customer care, concern or compassion. Rooter Plus deferred the matter to their insurance company. Rooter Plus's owner Charlie Plumley didn't take the time or make the effort to respond to my voice message and their Ms. Susan Rutherford was obtuse, uncaring and rude the one time I phoned her on the matter. Rooter Plus and their insurance provider refused to pay my hotel costs while damage to my home they caused were being completed and left me with over $10k in unreimbursed repair costs. This is all factual and I have email, video and photo to support this review. DO NOT USE ROOTER PLUS THEY ARE AWFUL!

Only good thing I can say is they were able to show up same day. Ridiculously high prices. Had clogged sewer line, used power washer equipment to clear. Unfortunately all it did was punch a hole in clog, enough to let water drain. Reclogged next day. Charged $725 to fix nothing. Legit company came after to actually remove entire blockage (grease). Rooter Plus said """"oh you need entire line dug up and replaced. Quoted $6,000. Best case the tech they sent was incompetent; worse case a crook. May be how the company operates unfortunately. Stay away.

STAY AWAY! None friendly """"STEVEN FLANIGAN"""" IS an unprofessional, rude, septic pump technician, I needed pumping out my septic tank and put a septic tank riser, after he gave me very high price on a riser I decided not to go with riser, I told him just do the pumping, he got very angry and told me go with different company, I called the office and made a complaint. Zero out of Five STAR!!!!
