The technician had an attitude from the start. He overquoted me a service of $4200 for a Drain field flush, when I called his office to confirm, they said the service would be roughly $3000. Then the technician threw his arms up at me and said """"well, what , do you want us to stop pumping your tank or what"""" after I called his office for clarity. I was also originally quoted $250 for a 1500 gallon septic flush, but thar price quicky went up to $632 after they included the """"extra"""" charges. Last time I'm using this company.

Three words... bait and switch!! This company advertises a price they can not and will NOT ever HONOR!!! I specifically asked them if there were any potential additional fees I should know about before scheduling. I figured $150 wouldn't be the final bill. Nothing could have prepared me for nearly $650, 4 times their advertised price. You are probably saying how do they get people to pay. Good question, SO glad you asked ...scare tactics! They come in BEFORE even looking at your tank throwing around figures, probable repairs and such. Once they mention $15 or $20k paying $650 SEEMS like a blessing. You can actually breath after hearing that figure, so you pay because the last numbers you heard, are puffed up prices with no foundational basis. After further digging I now know, they can't even dump the waste for $150. To say they are deceptive would be an understatement, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!

Had a appointment scheduled on 3/31 for a septic tank pump between 12-4 pm. They called said the tech was on his way,so I left work to meet them. When I received a call stating the Tech was a inexperienced driver that was unable to navigate the driveway. So of course after a song and dance with the manager I still have a septic issue. Please do yourself a favor save your time and money and call someone else!!

Can't really review them since they never showed up. I called and scheduled a pumping between 12 and 4pm. They called at 1pm to confirm. Now it's after 4 and no one showed up or called. I ended up calling another company and they will be out later in the week. I suggest you read the reviews for Rooter Plus and base your decision around what you see there. Oh and apparently their $150 pumping is a lie. No one has gotten their tank pumped for less than $600 from everything I have read. Caveat emptor.

PLEASE BE AWARE!! This company is deceptive in their business practice. I was told over the phone that my 1,500 gallon tank would cost $250.00 to pump. When the technician arrived, with all the add-on he quoted me $670.00. This was done via a visual examination. I can only imagine what cost would have been if he had opened up my tank. I paid him $125.00 service fee and declined the service. After calling their office, there was not an offer to reimburse me either. I will never call this company again. I am concern that another review site is giving this company 99% """"5 ratings"""". Based on the rating on this site, I have to question the validity of the other site.

They quoted us $250 but when the guy came out he said that we needed about $3000 worth of work done but that he would do it on the side for $1000 .We called out another company which did it for $350. Jones septic solutions is an honest company that I will recommend to anyone. Rooterplus isnt an honest company and I will never do business with them again. Please beware of them-they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau!

Rooter Plus installed disposal on my rental house. Two months later, property manager's maintenance person went out to a reported leak/flooding situation on an emergency call. Found leak was due to improper installation of disposal. Rooter Plus did not use new gaskets/fittings and disposal pipes came apart flooding kitchen. To date, Rooter Plus has Refused to make it right. Mistakes happen but fair companies will stand behind their work and make it right. Would not use again as they do not stand behind their work.

This is one of those reviews that I don't have to think hard of how to justify the rating I'm giving. RooterPlus customer service was excellent. The scheduling of my appointment was exactly as promised. The technician Steven was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. The only reason I'm giving 1 stars is because the charges giving on site were dramatically higher than explained over the phone with the customer service rep. $1800 to dig ten feet of my pipe plus the over inflated cost to empty my 1000 gallons Septic tank, that was another $510, and $300 to install a cleaning outlet. I certainly will be calling someone else the next time I need to service my septic system and avoid the SCAM.

Had Roto-Rooter/Rooter Plus come out and give an estimate to replace 33 ft of gas line. They quoted me $3,300. As somebody who has a good amount of experience paying for construction and renovations, the number felt high. I got two more estimates and they came in at $425 and $495. I would expect a larger company like this to charge a little extra for the """"name recognition"""" but thousands of dollars difference is ridiculous. Anyway please do your research before accepting any bid or estimate from them!
