Contacted Rooter Plus after our plumber came to our residence to help us find out the reason for the back up of water in our home. When the plumber dug down to the septic tank he quickly realized the problem was with the tank and perhaps not with the plumbing of the house. He instructed us to contact a septic company to pump the tank. Having used Rooter Plus before and having good service we contacted them again. When they arrived the tank was already uncovered as the plumber had done that the day before and it was no need in covering the tank back over for the septic people to just have to dig it up again so I instructed the plumber just to leave it as it was. When the septic people got there to pump the tank they did so and advised us of some additional repairs that might have to take place. Once they were done they turned to leave without covering the tank back over and told me that since the plumber undug it he would have to fill it back even though the septic peoples cost that I got charged included digging and replacing the dirt. When I called and questioned the company if I would receive some sort of credit for returning the dirt I was told no it was a set cost no matter if they dug it or not. The technician that was at our home was aware that I had a dislocated shoulder and after they left I had to return the dirt to the ground myself to beat a storm that was quickly approaching.

Tech was polite and professional but cost of service is outrageous! I just needed a new dish washer installed and they were going to charge me $850 dollars. I did not pay that much for the appliance. Very disappointed!!! The fact they can give you a ball park estimate of the cost up front is also ridiculous. They say the tech is going to come out and access the job and provide you with an estimate and they can't provide you with any type of estimate until they are on site. All the tech did was look up in the pricing dishwasher installation and give me the cost. The person on the phone could have done that and I would not have waited for 3 days just to be told some outrageous price and I found some one else to install it for me. A big waste of my time. I would not recommend to anyone to use this company!!!!

Richie was awesome! This was the third company to come out and asses our problem! He was able to present a sensible solution, execute the job , and make recommendation on how to maintain....was just a pleasure to work with!!! Most importantly ... arrived on time! Will definitely use this company again and would strongly recommend them to others.

Robert with Rooter Plus was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing leaks! Initially we had several local plumbers come by to locate an outside water leak. And provide quotes for repair or replacement. Robert was the only one who had the equipment with him to locate our very well hidden leaks. He located them within 20-30 min then after consulting with me, went right to work on the replacement pipe. When comparing with other companies I believe Roberts pricing to be very competitive and fair. The job carried some unexpected difficulties but he kept me updated on the issues and remained patient and professional. Very happy that I went with Rooter Plus!!! And to have running water again!

Fantastic experience from the first phone call to the completion of the job! I needed a landscape drain under my driveway cleared but was hesitant to call a plumber due to the anticipated high cost. I've been dealing with this issue for seven years. I finally decided to call Rooter Plus and was quoted a price of $595 for two hours of their jet washer to attempt to clear out the drain pipe. Additional hours would be $295 per hour. I was expecting the worst. Jose showed up in the rain and had my drain cleared in less than one hour! He used the remainder of time to go around my home and cleared out all of my drain pipes in my yard! Jose was super polite and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him on this project. My only regret is I didn't call Rooter Plus seven years ago!

Bait and switch!! We had an appointment to have our tank pumped between 10-2. At 2:30 my husband called to see why they had not arrived and were told there was an emergency, but they were still coming. At 5:30 he called and was told they had to reschedule for the next day between 8-12. We were quoted a price to pump our tank over the phone and once Kris arrived, he informed me it would be at least $300 more than we were told. He was nice until I told him to cover it back up, we were going to hire someone else, I don't appreciate a bait and switch company. Very disappointed!

I took the day off work today because I had a scheduled appointment from 12:00 - 4:00 with Rooter Plus to pump my septic tank. Well, I scheduled the appointment two weeks ago. At 12:00 today, I called them to ensure that they still had me on the schedule and that they were still coming out. They confirmed. Well, I received a call from them at 4:30 stating they would not be able to come out. What happened to common courtesy or good customer service? I guess they are too busy for that. That's fine, I will gladly find another company that needs the business.

The boys came down and told me the following excuses: 1. They couldn't get my truck down the driveway. 2. I had a coffin style, in accessible tank partially underneath the house. 3. I would need a whole new septic system and you can't build it here. 4. Quoted me it would cost 15-20k Hmmmm Had a different company come out. 1. They backed their truck up to my front steps. 2. He dug up the tank, which is concrete and circular. 3. The tank itself is functioning and is currently being pumped. Not ever using Rooter Plus again.

We had a huge issue where our outside faucet broke off and water was gushing out of the side of our house. Rooter Plus! came to the rescue. I had called several plumbers ahead of this. They were the first who actually answered. Once we were in the queue, they were really great on proving updates on ETA and when the plumber was en route to our house. Once he came, he was able to quickly and skillfully fix the issue, crawling into the nasty crawl space to figure out the problem. Bless him for that. Ended up being less money than I was expecting. He quoted a price and it ended up being about $50 less than quote once all said and done. Hopefully I don't need a plumber again, but if I do, I'm using Rooter Plus! again, fo sho.

ULTIMATELY SAVED $1000, THEY WORK FAST AND CLEAN UP PROPERLY, STAFF IS SMART FUN AND HARDWORKING, AND WORKED AROUND MY GAS LINE! MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE BUT SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EVER SEE AGAIN THANKS TO JON! DETAILS HERE IF YOU WANT A QUICK READ: I would like to start out first by saying that no one is happy about having work done to their septic tank but this is the one time that I was. I called them out to just pump my tank so I could get some relief again by a backed up tank. I had them out the year before with a technician Richie that was awesome and I was just having a pump then too knowing that any work to septic is generally very pricey. Richie pumped me out for the fee as quoted which was never my experience in the past as I have been charged almost $700 by a Pink company for the same work. Hoping Richie would come out again it was an off day so I told them any would do. They sent me Jon. First in Jon popped the tank and said """"Wow, this problem will continue with these issues here"""" so I explained my situation with finances and how having it pumped as needed is the best I can hope for until I save up. He told me he could pump me out and gave me multiple tips and advice to reduce the impact I was having on my system until I could get it fixed. I had done my research and spoke with many on what needed to be done, watched videos, and read articles so I felt on top of my game to ask questions about the issues I having. Jon answered all my questions with answers I had already come across as well as any and everything else I didn't know so I was completely informed. We spoke and he told me he could give me a price on installing a new baffle, being I had the old 1980s broken concrete one, and I would look at getting the work done further down the road because I just don't have piles of cash lying around so was just not interested currently. He covered everything up and handed me the paperwork to sign and I saw the estimate. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SCHEDULE CAUSE HOLY CRAP THAT'S A FRACTION OF 3 OTHER PLUMBERS!!! He said I can do it right now if you want. After having me pumped and already closed back up he opened everything back up and got to work. He not only removed the old and installed a new baffle system but they were to pump the drain field to remove all solids (I missed this part), and they ran a jet through my line to clean it all out. When I came out during the jetting Jon walked me along my line and explained some things to how he believed the system ran, ways to keep it in shape, and options for future work should I ever want someone else to do it or to manage it myself. THE WORK HE DID INCLUDED THE PUMPING CHARGE!!! By their lowest competitor they were $600 cheaper and that didn't include their pumping fee which was way more so really I saved $1000! The thing is I was trying to get in touch with that other guy for 2 days to do the work but he wouldn't ever respond after my initial consult. I had to look back at my records to see who pumped me last time since I had such a good experience that time and boy I am glad I did. Do not hesitate and call this company and have them come out. The girls in the office will always put a smile on your face, Richie was so memorable I had to find the company again, and Jon was a knowledgeable hardworking perfectionist that made my week. And yes that is a gas line they never touched digging the lid up 3 times, 1 extra time was for me to take pictures. WAY TO GO ROOTER PLUS, I WILL SEND ANY BUSINESS I CAN YOUR WAY!! GREAT JOB!!
