Sewer line in my 40s home was backing up. Rooter now wanted $80 just to show up and didn't fix the problem but assured me the line was clear, charging an additional $300. Of course it backed right back up the next day with heavy rains, so their work did not address the problem. Then they said I needed to spend $800 MORE to de-scale 25 feet of sewer line, and then they wanted to sell me 3 to 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of re-sleeving the sewer line. This was after I saw with my own eyes through their camera that the line was showing its age but was clear, just like they said. So... i paid $400 for nothing and I'm still mopping up sewer water. These guys have one heck of a racket going on.

Terrible communication and people straight up lied. Nightmare dealing with these people. Claimed to have come to do work and were turned away when they never even showed up.

Great company came out at 11:30pm clean the main line from the house to the street at that time of night plus needed a wax ring replaced at they did it the hole job was 189.00 dollars at 1:00am when they left what a nice company super plumber five stars for them. Thanks Steve C
