We had 2 blockades on opposite ends of the castle; The Cook's Disposer and the Master Rain Maker. Eddie and Dean came swiftly to the rescue. They executed the "Divide and Conquer" strategy and vanquished those Disruptive Clogs with valor, speed and a reasonable purse. Huzzah!

We had our kitchen sink clogged. We tried everything we could but nothing worked. So we decided to call a plumber. We called RooterMan this morning, they were very prompt in scheduling an appointment. Curtis called us that he was 30 min away. He came and inspected everything and got to work. He was very professional and very helpful. He made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. Would highly recommend Curtis and RooterMan.

Finally decided to fix the plumbing at my condo. Had a tub that drained slow and two toilets that needed the tank bolts replaced due to rust that kept coming out everytime I flushed. I searched yelp and called up some plumbers, but most of them were very busy. Finally Rooterman picked up the phone and a receptionist answered.

I got a quote to clear the drain, but the plumber would have to see the toilets in person to give me a quote for the rusted tank bolt replacement. Surprisingly they had someone available the next day and I made the appointment.

Curtis gave me a call before heading there and showed up when he said he would. He checked out the tub and toilets. The quotes were expensive but reasonable.

The shower tub drain turned out to be slow draining so there was no need to clear it. I had used a plastic drain cleaning strip before and put a hairstopper on it so it was fine. As for the tank bolts, Curtis got them out and replaced both of them. Took about 2 hours.

I wish I could say everything was well after that, but the hose connecting to the tank was leaking after he left. I texted him and he said he would come back the next day and look at it. The following day he tightened the hose, but it was still leaking. He then came back for a third trip and replaced the hose and other part. Not sure what was wrong, but it was observed that one of the rubber washers had hardened and could have been causing the leak after it was disturbed. After that, the toilet didn't leak. Third time was the charm.

Overall, I had a good experience wth rooterman and I would definitely hire them again if I have any plumbing issues. Curtis was amazing!

Rooter-Man to the rescue once again. Last week I tried to buy a refrigerator and washing machine. They were delivered and I was told that the valves to connect the ice maker and the washing machine were stripped, or frozen, or somehow inoperable.

I immediately called Rooter-Man and they came right away. Turns out there was one stripped, but the frozen connection was only tight, not frozen. Curtis with Rooter-Man fixed everything right away and now I'm waiting for the appliances to be redelivered so Curtis can connect everything for me. I'm not trusting an appliance delivery to do it again!

I called at 3pm to schedule an appointment and Curtis was at my home less than an hour later. I needed a gas line capped off, which he did expertly. He also made sure that all of my gas appliances were working normally which was appreciated. Both Curtis and the woman I spoke to on the phone were incredibly nice. Hands down the best plumber I've worked with. Y'all are on my speed-dial now :)

I had a water leak in my front lawn. The leak was close to a tree and 2 feet deep. Eddie and Kyle dug through 2 feet of dirt and tree roots and fixed the leak. It was a lot of hard work but they persevered. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Came to fix our urinal (I own a preschool) and then instead of leaving afterwards, as every other plumbing company has done in the past, he suggested a way to PREVENT if from happening again! We cannot use a screen, like most commercial places, because the children can pick it up and out. But he suggested using something that is child proof. Who knew? And then as he was leaving, he said he would do some checking for us since he figures it will be a little hard for us to locate it. You guys have my business from now on. THANK YOU!

Exceptional customer service. I woke up on a Monday morning to our water heater flashing the "sensor failure" light. After attempting to relight the pilot (only to have it turn off, again), I knew I needed to call a pro. I spoke with Kyle. He was very informative - looked up our model number and was able to pinpoint what was wrong with our unit. He provided me with all of the options that I needed to make an informed decision.
