Our water heater sprung a leak at the drain valve on Sunday afternoon. We called three other plumbers and got no results or call backs. Called Rooter Man at 8 am on MLK day. They called us back within 30 minutes and sent Eddie and Dean out that morning. They were very honest, letting me know about the repair options. They replaced the valve, but said any other leak would require them replacing our 15 year old water heater. After they left, we called them back because we suspected it was leaking from else where. They came back in within an hour and a half, replaced it and credited the first fee to the price of the new heater. Thanks to Eddie and Dean, we have hot water again. Especially today with 20 degree weather.

After leaving messages for a few other plumbers, we called Rooter-Man and they answered our call right away. Curtis showed up on time, quickly located the leak in our wall, and replaced our damaged pipe all on his first trip out. Highly recommend Rooter-Man and will be calling them again!

Our hot water heater stopped working one day and the timing was really terrible. I called early in the morning and spoke to a call service. The company called me back very promptly and set up an appointment that same day. Our repairman Curtis was friendly, efficient, and conscientious. He called to let me know where he was before he arrived. He immediately diagnosed and repaired the problematic part (thermocoupler in our case). He also cleaned some of the other parts to help the heater keep running as long as possible into the future. It was an old heater and he easily could have told us to replace the whole thing. He did what was best for us and our budget instead. Very happy with the service.

Hey, what can I say Curtis came out and really knows his stuff. He came out to see that my salon needed the correct flow I have 3 sinks that I'll tell you what's wrong the people who did it was busted that put it in (confidence plumbing**) but needless to say I'm repaying for a service I thought was good. I thought Confidence plumbing gave me a good service but I'm bring told and shown all of the botchy eorkmanship.!!! But thanks to Curtis I am able to have my sink properly working. Maan I feel so bad he opened a whole can of worms to get me going not to mention they had another customer dedicated to a time in which I'm making them run over. Curtis stayed until the job was done. No matter what he fixed the work from the other company has cost me. Please note that if they are running late to your appointment, they will take the time to service you without a raincheck once they are started. They also did my water heater too two years ago, no complaint. This is an old build in Pflugerville and the pipes n everything needed updates. Christi is good customer service on the phone she can make it happen and get them out to you just be a little lenient on the time because of snaffud they may get on another job....trust me it's thier intent to get to you in a timely manner they just don't believe in rush jobs, half doing things for a $ they make sure it's a job well done. Curtis tells me they have a good thing going they are like family they've been working together for years...they have the glue it takes to keep good business...do I'm staying stuck like their plumbers glue on my pipes and work on my water heater. He even hung my salon sinks with my service which he didn't have to do. Best Journey man every boy did he have a journey of a life time give this Guy Curtis 6 stars he's very innovative and patient. And cares about your needs and doing it right.

Curtis was the plumber that worked at my house. He was on time; called 30 minutes ahead of time as well. He worked efficiently, checked his work twice and made sure the job was done.He also cleaned up after himself. Charges were reasonable, especially in light of the fact I only called the day before for service. I highly recommend Curtis and the Rooter Man services.

We had 2 blockades on opposite ends of the castle; The Cook's Disposer and the Master Rain Maker. Eddie and Dean came swiftly to the rescue. They executed the "Divide and Conquer" strategy and vanquished those Disruptive Clogs with valor, speed and a reasonable purse. Huzzah!

We had our kitchen sink clogged. We tried everything we could but nothing worked. So we decided to call a plumber. We called RooterMan this morning, they were very prompt in scheduling an appointment. Curtis called us that he was 30 min away. He came and inspected everything and got to work. He was very professional and very helpful. He made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. Would highly recommend Curtis and RooterMan.

Finally decided to fix the plumbing at my condo. Had a tub that drained slow and two toilets that needed the tank bolts replaced due to rust that kept coming out everytime I flushed. I searched yelp and called up some plumbers, but most of them were very busy. Finally Rooterman picked up the phone and a receptionist answered.

I got a quote to clear the drain, but the plumber would have to see the toilets in person to give me a quote for the rusted tank bolt replacement. Surprisingly they had someone available the next day and I made the appointment.

Curtis gave me a call before heading there and showed up when he said he would. He checked out the tub and toilets. The quotes were expensive but reasonable.

The shower tub drain turned out to be slow draining so there was no need to clear it. I had used a plastic drain cleaning strip before and put a hairstopper on it so it was fine. As for the tank bolts, Curtis got them out and replaced both of them. Took about 2 hours.

I wish I could say everything was well after that, but the hose connecting to the tank was leaking after he left. I texted him and he said he would come back the next day and look at it. The following day he tightened the hose, but it was still leaking. He then came back for a third trip and replaced the hose and other part. Not sure what was wrong, but it was observed that one of the rubber washers had hardened and could have been causing the leak after it was disturbed. After that, the toilet didn't leak. Third time was the charm.

Overall, I had a good experience wth rooterman and I would definitely hire them again if I have any plumbing issues. Curtis was amazing!
