Was expecting to schedule for my slow drain later in the week, but when I called was told that someone would be out within an hour on Monday morning! Curtis was prompt, courteous, professional and cleared my drain. Gave options and recommendations for keeping it clear running. Happy with the service and would certainly refer others to Rooter-Man Austin!

We were dealing with an emergency sewer issue with our grinder pump. Eddie came out first thing the next morning and immediately figured out that our starter capacitor was not working well. This was the third time I had a plumber out in 5 months and the last 2 times a different outfit just unjammed the pump but missed the real issue, yet charged us huge dollars to get it working (30 mins was all they stayed for $800). I about was leave for an out of the country trip and a proper fix was critical for my wife. The bill was about half of what I had paid before, and that included the new part and a proper fix!

I had a backed up septic tank and was worried about the cost of opening it up. Curtis came to the house within a few hours and walked me through the least invasive and most affordable diagnostics. He snaked the line and had me all fixed up in less than an hour! Thanks Curtis!

These guys were absolutely great. They were able to remove a plastic cap from a shaving cream canister out of my shower drain (my kid popped off the drain grate and threw it in there) when other plumbers had come out and recommended we rip up our floor (!). They were here for about 20 minutes and were able to remove the obstruction, and I got out under $200 (compared to the $5k-$10k it would've cost to tear up my shower floor). On top of that, they were able to fix the drain grate to make sure it doesn't pop off so easily in the future. These guys were awesome and I recommend them to anyone looking for a quick fix or second opinion.

I had a small leak and a clogged disposal so it's not like it was a real disaster to say but very annoying rather and starting to stink up my kitchen. I decided to trust the reviews on yelp and give Rooter Man plumbing company a chance I had already been through the bigger name guys and always have to wait a day or two for response unless it's a flood . I was pleasantly surprised when I called Rooter-Man they gave me a 30-40 min time frame and made it to my house on time . Eddie was the responder who arrived and was very pleasant and polite he promptly pin pointed the issues and fixed them immediately. He also demonstrated multiple times that there would be no more leak and also instructed me on how to properly unclog and cleans disposal. Good response time, polite, got the job done correctly and in decent time . Nothing to complain about give them a shot I had an excellent experience therefore I give five stars.

We had a horrible experience with a plumber here named Curtis! I don't like posting negative reviews but this incident was shocking, very upsetting and too much drama!
We contacted Rooter-Man based on the great reviews. What a mistake! We are still in shock at what he did in front of us & how he behaved. Plus he increased the price by $300 after the initial price quote was established! I'm still very upset over what happened in our bathroom & what this plumber said & what he did in front of us. He was so unprofessional & extremely rude! It was absolutely horrible!! Curtis hooked up our new bathtub & fixtures. After he was done we were shocked it was installed crooked! It wasn't straight & we asked him to please straighten it. Well he went ballistic! You won't believe what he did. He got into our bathtub with his dirty boots on & he started shaking it back & forth while saying, "This bathtub is a piece of junk it's just a piece of crap!" He kept saying it over & over! I thought he was going to hurt us he was so angry & upset! I was scared & I almost called the police! We were in absolute shock & couldn't believe it! And our bathtub is still crooked! This plumber needs to get help fast! We are still very upset with the whole matter. He should not be working with the public! We couldn't wait for him to get out of our house! If the owner is not happy with this review, tough beans! We are traumatized by what happened & have to live with this horrible memory forever. Your employee needs serious help!

Called these guys for my commercial property, and they answered the phone, Chrissy was polite, they checked to see if they could see us the same day, and Curtis arrived at the scheduled time. He was great - found the issue quickly, was polite as well, and asked the right questions about the issue and my company, so he was familiar enough to ascertain what was going on. Would ask Curtis and Rooter-Man back again soon, and hope they work out well to become our regular commercial plumbing service. Thank you.

Nobody likes having to call the plumber, but I had as good an experience as can be expected. Curtis Kurka did good work.
