This company was sent our furnace service request on 4/24/20 by our warranty company. Our appointment was scheduled for 4/29/20. Said we needed a new igniter. I have made several calls to them and our warranty company and it is still not fixed. They do not respond to emails and their voicemail is always full. The first time I got through the guy said the part would be in today. A week later he said the part had come in 15 minutes before my call and he would call back to schedule for tomorrow. Never got that call!! They told the warranty company that they have spoken to me and set up appointments, which is a lie and then nobody shows for said appointment. The last excuse was that the Service tech has the flu, and they told our warranty company that they have a doctors note to prove it!! What??? Are we 5??? They then told the warranty company they would be here yesterday or today. Guess what, nobody came again! I will update once it is fixed!

No show twice, won't respond when I tried to confirm my appointment. Unbelievable. I don't understand why this is OK as a service business. I am a ""new"" customer, which I will now make sure everyone I know go use someone else. I am a growing food business with 10 stores currently, but I am guess that is not cool enough for them to respond to me.
