THE BEST!!! How can I convince everyone reading this to use this group of people and company Rooter Guys? Let's start from the beginning. --

I got the pleasure of first meeting Jeff who came out to do an estimate. Jeff had this genuine confidence about his experience, his team and his company (which was really nice since my 1940s home had a lot of plumbing issues. Essentially we needed everything replaced!). On top of that, he and his team gave me an estimate that was beyond competitive. Rooter Guys truly want to help their customers and not take all the money since they understand house projects and repairs are a huge headache physically and financially.

Next he brings out the team Lead Jacob (this guys KNOWS his stuff and years of experience), amazing Cody, and awesome Austin to get another eye over on what their going to do like double checking their work. All three of the workers were also very kind and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. They even would go out of their way to show me pieces that they needed to repair, educate me on what to look out for or what pipes are which, levers, etc. Rooter Guys even found a blocked ground pipe that was so important to replace so that our basement/foundation would not die from water damage. I had so much anxiety because I was thinking ""Oh great. Another expensive bill!!"" But no, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!

They were efficient and clean in their work. They communicated and educated every step of the way. They were so professional and nice at the same time. They are licensed and have a warranty. I will 100% recommend to others and use them again in the future. I like them so much that they are invited to my house warming party. :)

I contacted Rooter Guy to give me a quote on a main line clean using a clean out pipe. The final quote was reasonable. Gordon, the technician, made me feel comfortable, no upsell pressure, patiently answered my questions and made some good recommendations. I hired him to complete the main drain clean out and my final bill was exactly as quoted, no additional fees. I will continue using Rooter Guy!

I needed plumbing services for a 95 year old lady that I provide administrative and financial management support. We had a great experience with this company and were so pleased with the service. Gary was excellent at fixing all of our unforeseen difficult and much needed plumbing repairs. Cody, Gary's assistant was helpful, kind and both gentlemen were timely and professional as well as reasonably priced. They repaired leaks in our pipes; some which were under a slab cement foundation, installed a new garbage disposal and hot water heater. We would definitely hire and can highly recommend these plumbers and the Rooterguy team.

I've used Rooterguy for nearly 15 years on rentals. They are often fairly priced, particularly on the larger projects like sewage line replacement. They are always responsive and get the job done correctly on the first try in almost every case or they come back and certainly have it shortly after the first visit. We have mostly worked with Gary over the years, but they've brought a lot of great talent on board recently as well. I particularly like that they have been there for me at some inconvenient times, though I never wish to call them at such times. They have always had a good eye for doing plumbing in a way that prevents future problems.

I reached out via Angi to see about finding a plumber to replace my pressure reducing valve that was leaking. Of course I received 5 or replies from the usual suspects. I at first called Applewood who has done some HVAC work for me in the past but they would not give me an estimate over the phone. So after speaking to some of these other companies it was the same scenario--we won't quote on the phone as every job is different and they need to see it. This was the same with RooterGuy. All the people I spoke to were obviously just appointment setters. Anyway, someone from RooterGuy followed back up with me that was a plumber or at least knowledgeable about the job and he gave me range in price, which I appreciated.

RooterGuy was also not going to charge me a trip fee ($29-$49 from other companies) to come look and give me an accurate estimate.

So I decided to have them come out and look. The plumber that did come gave me a price that was over the high end of the range provided on the phone. We went back in forth for a minute and the plumber called back to the office and spoke to the person I had gotten that price range from. Anyway, it was decided they would do the job for $595 which was about $120 less than what was quoted from the plumber on site (or the midpoint of the range provided on the phone).

They were here and could do the job and I felt like that was a fair price. There were a couple of things the plumber did that I was not happy about (hence the reason for 4 stars and not 5), but in the end it appears they did a good job and so far, no leaks.

I would most likely call them again as they do seem to have slightly better pricing than some of the other Bigger names seen in Denver (Applewood, Bell, Plumbline etc).

Russ, the owner, has been so helpful in every way I've asked.
Rooter Guy replaced my old clay pipes with new up to code pipes & has been very responsive any time I have called. I refer him to my neighbors as we live in Mayfair & have really old pipes. They have also been very happy with Rooter Guy service!
