Recommended Customer Reviews

Rooter1 proved to be honest, proactive and efficient! They communicated properly and clearly as to the solutions available, while being budget friendly and not overcharging. Some companies try to charge as much as they can. Rooter1 is straight forward and puts the customer first when it comes to both service and prices. Thank you for your help in maintaining our home running.

After getting four or five estimates and weighing all my options I chose to go w/ Rooter360 because they're price was the best. They sent out a crew of two men that worked their tails off for four days straight. There was mutual respect back and forth and I was kept informed thru the entire stressful process. All three toilets removed and a large trench dug in my back yard where Tree Roots were cleared away and another area where the liner was inserted. Overall I was very pleased w/ the completed job and I had lined 123 feet of Cast Iron in a 63 year old home of 3,125 sq ft. Nestor was the lead on the job and let me tell you they earned every dollar as the job was not easy. Miquel was their Salesman and he was reserved, not aggressive, and showed genuine concern for the job and was a good listener. Yes, I did get a complete video of the entire job w/ the cast iron pipes brushed, cleaned out with a high pressure stream of water and then the new lining. My best advice is to be sure of the entire layout of your piping system and be sure how many feet you have before the project starts. It will help give you a confident feeling about the price you negotiate. Overall, I was very happy with Rooter360's service and the very hard work of the two men. They were trust worthy and there was no game playing.

I highly recommend Rooter1 for any of your servicing or repair needs. They showed up on time did impeccable work very prompt, courteous and pleasant. Extremely communicative from the second I booked the appointment to the time they started the job. Cautious of not tracking dirt in and out house which made me feel like they really cared about my home. Appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave me honest feedback and estimates, not once did I feel pressured. Cleaned up the area after completion of work. Thank you again for leaving my home good as new

This company is a complete shit show they don't know anything about plumbing they will have 6 workers at a property all they try and do is sale you on the new flow with no actual work being done you are better off calling a real plumbing company

Avoid this business, AT ALL COST. They don't have the license/permit to do plumbing but they'll do it anyway. They'll do it wrong, putting yourself and your property in personal/financial peril. That's what happened to me. A simple water heater replacement ended up costing me 2 months time, numerous calls asking for update and double the normal cost. Let that be a lesson.

Had my drain pipe relined. The job was 85% done as quoted. Job took 3 days and could of been done in easily less than 2 days. When they left, one of my toilet was wably and leaking. As on my point of view, the job was not finalized and the administration considered that the job was done. As I argued it was not, I was holding the final payment until they actually finish the job. Right away they said that this was not a reason to hold the payment and that the job was finished and that if I do not pay they would put a lien on my house. Didn't want to go threw it, I was stuck to pay. They finally send back after a week the sales guy/plumber Georges that with his understanding redo the video and fix the toilet correctly. He really saved the face of this company. Should not use them or specify exactly what work needs to be done if you do not want to get a lien on your house.

Make sure you request a FULL inspection for your quote. The first inspection was half way done and the job was based on that. Meanwhile I'm thinking it's been done properly and completely by a professional, only to come home and find that my pipe lining was only done on one side of the home. Had to call for another FULL inspection in which they then told me I had $7,500 worth of additional pipe that needs lining because the first guy didn't even check it. Didn't even look! Said they'd try to work with me due to the mistake and I never heard a peep again. I even had to call them to get the second quote sent to me in writing. Big waste of time.
