We had a pretty gnarly issue with a hole in our pipe underneath our crawl space, which we only figured out when corners of our house started smelling like rotten eggs. Rooter Warrior tech George came out and got to the root of the problem (as opposed to giving us advice about how to cover up the smell, which another company had done - glad we got a 2nd opinion and assessment when George heard water trickling and actually crawled under the crawl space to investigate!). RW coordinated with a clean up mitigation company to clean up of the puddle underneath our house and turning the soil before pipes could be replaced, and had the issue fixed within a few days. It was going to cost us a bit no matter who we had do the work (we have an older house), I'm glad we contracted with a company that could get the job done with good communication, quality and efficiency.

I initially texted a picture of my issue to Guillermo ( water line pipe leaking from tenant damaging hose bibb/faucet). He was quick to respond with a reasonable estimate. We were able to get George out the next day. He confirmed the issue, the cost and what was involved. He answered my questions and was professional. He assured me the leak wasn't going in the wall and even encouraged me to get another bid. I did that, but still came back to choosing Rooter Warrior. George came back and got the job done. He had to cut in to the stucco too, but took care to do as little damage as possible. It's a rental, so I wasn't there for the repair, but George called me after he completed the job and sent pictures to my phone. I had a few other questions and requests and Guillermo took the time to call me back and go over things. Their invoice was detailed and even included before and after pictures, which I really appreciated. Overall, probably the best experience I've had with a plumbing company so far. They were professional, handled business quickly, had a competitive price and were honest.

Called to have my water pressure regulator replaced as it was leaking. George came to the rescue and gave me a honest price for the work that needed to be done. He explained in detail what he needed to do. He replaced it to where I can now replace it myself in the future and not need someone to do it.
