Rooter Warrior and specifically my service expert, Juan, were a pleasure to do business with. I pay a lot of attention to details and that didn't bother Juan at all. He did an excellent job installing my water heater and I highly recommend Rooter Warrior! They pride themselves on customer service and they delivered! It's actually a very wise business plan because I chose them because of all of their 5 star reviews and wouldn't hesitate to use them for other future plumbing needs.

Woke up to a leak in our ceiling from our upstairs bathroom. We had the exact same issue last year and it was supposedly fixed by a different plumbing co., so we were not looking forward to what we had to deal with. ROOTER WARRIOR PLUMBING (Juan and Guillermo) were referred to us by my brother. I called and spoke to Guillermo and explained the situation. He took his time on the phone with me and answered all of my questions. When Juan showed up, I felt as though I was talking to a family member/friend. He was super nice, listened to our concerns, gave some feedback, worked fast and efficient and was able to fix the problem in no time (He even cleaned our toilet when he was done). Rooter Warrior Plumbing was fast and efficient. They were able to give me a next day appointment to service my home when other companies weren't available for days. They arrived on time and did an excellent job clearing our drains. They provided great suggestions for preventing drain issues in the future. Quickest response I can imagine to our emergency. I called about 8 am and they had someone there at 11 am the same day. We ended up needing a new water heater and Oscar very throughly went over the different options with us to help us make the best decision. He also went out of his way to make phone calls to ask questions about the location of the water heater in relation to our electrical panel for when we upgrade the panel. Best part was that they were able to install the new water heater on the same day! Go with these guys; you won't regret it!

Great job! Fast responders and work is fair priced! Called and they came out same day. But when called American Home Shield was going to make us wait 5 days. It was a water main break. They did a great job. Super professional!
