I scheduled my appointment for 8-10 am, 10:20:am I had to call and be told sorry we got busy in your area and might be able to make it between 12:00 - 2:00:pm, no call, nothing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I gave the owner ample opportunity to make it right and he failed to do so. I had a back up in my main sewer line and called this company. they sent two 20 year old kids separately. The first kid said the blockage was a collapsed pipe since he could not get through, he only tried twice, he was not here more than 15 minutes. The second kid showed up with the camera line and proclaimed the first tech to be right and wanted to get me to commit to a 7500 repair and when I said not without a second opinion, he attempted to pressure me by asking touchy feely questions like have i done something to cause you to think i would rip you off...I told him top just stop and I would need a second opinion. the next day, Leo's plumbing cleared the line in 10-15 minutes. DO NOT HIRE ROOTER TOWN. they have trained their techs to find the most costly problem and they try to pressure you to agree to their plan. I was offered $1000 off and financing. I was not comfortable allowing a 20 year old kid to tell me what was wrong and I was right. I emailed Rooter town twice and offered that they simply reimburse what I paid Leo's and have not heard from them at all. do not hire this company...

This pathetic business tried to take advantage of my 80 year old mom. They quoted her $2,600 for a 40 gallon Bradford White and a few minor other things like a pan, supply lines etc. They acted like they were doing a favor by then discounting it $300, but that is still highway robbery! A 40 gallon Bradford White can be bought by me for $899 so I'm sure they get them for a lot less! I bought one and installed it in a few hours. I'm sure they could have done it in half the time! They basically wanted to secure themselves a about a $2,000 profit on this one job! No thanks idiots! Who do you think you are? Your trade can be learned by watching a couple YouTube vids! Quit thinking you are that special! You should have done this job for about $1,200 max! I don't know how they sleep at night!

Technicians do not know how to drive. I was driving on garden of the gods and truck 47 did not get over when he saw the signs to get over due to construction and then he wasn't paying attention and nearly hit me trying to get over.

I am giving them a 3 for several reasons. My wife was suppose to call Roto rooter and instead called rooter town but said the reviews were good. They came out and charged me 375 to install a faucet that I provided and to fix a toilet.
The first guy told us and wrote on the invoice that he replace the flapper and it is working as designed.
The day I was having a party for 25 people I checked that toilet and it had not been fixed and the flapper had not been changed. I was furious and called them that morning stating my urgency because of the dinner party, they stated they would get someone out there then kept calling with excuses why they were not there until I had to reschedule for the following day.
Nick showed up early, saw that the flapper had not been replaced, went to Home Depot bought an original Toto part replaced it checked it, had me check it and charged us zero.
So bottom line they screwed up twice but made it right in the end. So yes I would probably use them again but check their work prior to them leaving.

They canceled first appointment and tried to cancel second appointment but appeared when I complained. They replaced kitchen faucet with a new unit. After they left, I discovered they had chipped my porcelain sink and didn't say anything.

We had water back-up from the clothes washer and it was a mess.I called Rooter Town and they were responsive and had our blockage fixed with 2 1/2 hours. The technician quoted the exact amount and there were no surprises. Great responsiveness and service. Thanks Rooter Town.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY, RUN AWAY!
I wish I'd read the reviews before ever calling these people... I had an issue with my sewer line that my plumber recommended through my home warranty stated I would need cleaned out by a professional; they gave me a referral for someone who could come a few days later but I had company coming into town that afternoon and hoped to have my issue fixed before they arrived so I called around.
Rooter Town is quick, and that's about the only nice thing I can say.
For the posted online price of $95, they sent a young man named Caleb within a few hours. His report was that he couldn't pass a spot in the line and would send his supervisor the next day with different equipment and a camera the next day for the low, low price of an additional $295. I agreed to this and set the appointment as at that point, my company had arrived.
Enter slick supervisor, Tom... ugh. The next day he came out and he looked at my line and informed me he had ""more bad news,"" of course; but never fear, for the bargain basement price of $5250-8250, his crew could come THAT DAY and dig up my back yard. Wow.
What Tom didn't realize is while he was downstairs, I Googled these guys and found about 50 IDENTICAL STORIES. Apparently, this is Rooter Towns well-rehearsed regular shtick.
Based on this, I declined further service from them. Slick Tom then quickly stated they have many opportunities for financing that don't even require a credit check; we could take care of that right then and there! I declined again saying I needed to make some phone calls and do some research before committing to such an expense. He countered with ""Is there anyone you want me to talk to on the phone, like your dad?""
Now, I maybe a single female homeowner in her thirties, but no dude, I don't want you to talk to my dad.
I asked for a copy of the fuzzy, unfocused video he made of my pipes because I paid for it. Tom actually had the nerve to ask what I thought I would see that he didn't already tell me about... I almost really lost it on this condescending guy.
Thankfully, he made one last hail-mary offer of fixing my issue for $1000 less than previously quoted, warned me my house would fill with sewage if I didn't allow them to fix it and then finally left my house.
I called the company initially recommended to me and they cleared my mainline to the street, re-scoped it, provided me with a clear video of my pipes and left me with a fully-functioning sewage system for about $320 the next day. That man also talked to me like a competent adult and took time to teach me about my house and how to fix things that might come up down the line by myself. None of the scare tactics I encountered with Rooter Town and ol' Tom.
Also, the location Tom marked in heinous green spray paint in my yard isn't even the location of my actual pipes... just saying.
RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

As far as service I cant rate them. They did give new estimates each time out here. More damage always.
But I will say this. One the 2nd day out here the young man came to my door. Didnt knock. Let himself in. He let my 17 yr old blind dog out of the door. Insisting I sign paperwork. He didn't attempt to get the dog inside. The whole that was dug was completely open. Sign here. Initial here. While I'm calling my dog.
Needless to say he fell in. Has there been any word from them. Nothing. Except for last payment. Which ended up being more than the invoices.
My dog had to be euthanized a few days after the fall.
Be careful whom you hire!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They didn't seem to. Now what they were doing. Or didn't have the proper equipment. And I had to have another company come in and complete the job they attempted to fix. To charge $540 I found out later was extremely high for they're attempted solution. And then want to do tear up my parking lot to supposedly fix the problem at a 5000.00 cost? The other service fixed the issue in less than an hour with the proper equipment and charged me 125.00
