Penelope W.Awesome awesome awesome ... I am a mom of five. My 12 year old is currently in a foot cast and has been living on our main level for a week - using the bathroom there. Someone ... they all claim it's the dog, who is an obsessed ball dog - toilet drinker, got a lacrosse ball stuck in the toilet. I called this morning and they said they don't even need to call before they come because they would be right over. It was kind of funny for me because Calvin got the ball out in one second. My husband is a lax player ;) and he couldn't get it out. We were expecting to have to take the toilet apart ... Calvin fixed it in seconds. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, kind, courteous and professional. I will be using them from now on!!! Glad I found them :)
Shauna S.The guy came out and scoped and augured our sewer. He said that he got to 50 feet and said he absolutely couldn't go any further and they would need to dig up our yard as soon as possible. They would do it for the bargain basement price of $4500 if they did it immediately. We got a second opinion the next morning and they were able to auger all the way to the city main. I don't know if they were incompetent or just running a fugazi scam. Either way, pick someone else.
Merri T.I needed to get a job done fast and they came fast. It was difficult for me when I needed last minute plumbing job in order to get my dishwasher delivered and installed. Thanks to Billy and Albert who were our service guys.
Awesome service, they showed up 20 min earlier than expected and had the problem fixed in no time. Customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend them.
We had Rooter Town out to fix a clogged main line. The technician showed up exactly when promised and was extremely polite and professional. The work wound up being more extensive than we anticipated it would be, but were very pleased overall with Hunter and Tom. Highly recommend!
Missed the first 2-4pm appointment. Called at 3:50pm to reschedule. Wanted to come the next morning which I explained that I needed to be there. Set an appointment for 3-5pm (with specific notes that I needed to be there). They came the next morning anyway, did not complete the job but were happy to take the money. I called to complain, Got a call from a manager named John... all he wanted to do was argue that it was my fault because my wife told them to go ahead with the work (she didn't know any better). You can expect these guys to not keep appointments, not follow specific directions, not complete the work and then take your money.
V R.I had a clogged drain so I called this company after I saw the $95 drain cleaning special. However when the technician came to my house he said that to pull the toilet there was an additional fee. I was hesitant, but he said that it was the company fee to charge extra so I went with it. He then insisted on pulling my rear bathroom toilet instead of my front toilet (which I later learned was to squeeze more money out of me). I questioned this decision based on my experience with a different company that said you always pull the toilet that is closer because you can get further down the line. When trying to snake the line he then said he could only get to 60 feet in and he would have to call his supervisor to get the camera to see what the problem was(which was an additional fee). When I called him out on trying to add more fees again he started to raise his voice (borderline yelled) at me in front of my daughter, and at that point I then told him to lower his voice. It was embarrassing and I felt degraded. He then tried to run the line again and couldn't get past the same area, and then again tried to convince me to get the camera service at the additional fee. I turned that service down because I wanted to think about it because something didn't seem right about him adding additional services, and using the bathroom furthest away. I asked questions beforehand, and I was still mislead by the drain service coupon. I was still required to pay for the services even though the clog was not cleared. I did not have a good experience. Money literally down the drain for no result. I had another company come out to complete the job.
SCAM-RIP OFF-SCAM-RIP OFF-SCAM! I had a sewer line clogged from tree roots and Rooter Town snaked my line. They claim to have gone 100 feet out to the main. Unable to clear the clog, they said I had bigger problems than Tree Roots. He said I needed to have it scoped with a camera to see the clog. If I wanted he could run the snake again for another $95.00 because they go 100 feet or an hour whichever comes first. (I was never told this on the phone.) He said it wouldn't do any good to snake it again, what I needed was to have it scoped with a camera to see the clogged problem area. Another $245.00 but discounted to $145.00. After having it scoped, I was told they really couldn't see much because of the clog in the pipe. The clogging problem needed to be addressed and they would need to dig about 5 feet underground and replace the pipe, fix the problem and install clean outs at a cost of $5,500.00. When I declined they lowered the price to 4,500.00. I still declined. My buddy and I rented a snake from Home Depot for $69.00 and cleared the line. Tree Roots are annihilated and line is clear! Took us an hour and a half! If they are going to offer a service, do the job you were hired for! Complete SCAM ARTISTS! Pay $130.00 to a Real Company and save a TON Of MONEY!
UPDATE: The company did refund my money! 8/31/17
Called them with a major back up coming up I one apartment, could not get anyone out till 15 hours later.
The guy could not read house number had to circle around then was scared to pull truck down drive way to the clean out holes.
Turned out he jammed the cable snake some how and didn't have a flashlight to look in the holes.
He had to go back to the shop to get another snake cable (and different vehicle) still had trouble then had to go back to the shop again. Finally it was completed but worst service and complaining! on his part! Customers don't need that especially when they are left with all the mess and headache from it all. Also to customers friends who are helping around the place.
Only good thing was his being honest on not charging on time back & forth plus on where someone else resetting toilet.
Rayne L.They offer a clean out service and were all over the phone book with a coupon. We called and promptly had a truck show. Problem is that the very young gentlemen only carried a 25ft line and only 1 bit for the auger. So of course they tried to upsale. We know it's roots. We live on the Westside and typically have to have it done at least once a year. With the one and ONLY small diamond bit you're not going to get much cleaned out if you refuse to run the line at least more then once. Thank goodness for Westside business B and L plumbing who came and at a discounted rate for our trouble
