Lonnie was busy, but managed to work with me and fix an issue I had after work hours on the same day I called. To be honest, this was more than I had hoped for, as I thought for sure I would need an appointment for a future date.

I could have waited, but I thought he went the extra mile to help me out.

He handled it quickly and even helped with cleanup. I hope I never see him again in a professional setting, but if I do need plumbing done, he'll get my call!

Called to set up appointment and was told his son would meet me at my house in 1/2 hour. No one showed up. I called main number after waiting for over an hour and no one called back. Very flaky.

Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Lonnie stays in communication with you until the job is complete. Their focus is 150% on the problem. It's amazing how quickly Lonnie and he's team fixed the problem. I highly recommend Rooter Time all the time!!

5 star service! Lonnie and his guy came this morning to fix my plumbing. He did such a great job. I'm extremely happy with the results. He's done a lot of work for my family and everyone had nothing but nice positive remarks about him. I would totally recommend him to any that has any type of plumbing issues. He's also very funny which makes the visit go by fast. With having to worry about your plumbing the entire time instead he will make you laugh. Thanks Lonnie!!!

Very good plumber reasonable price and quality work Loni and his crew replaced a sewer line for me ""trench less"" he had more then enough guys there to finish fast they patched concrete and asphalt everything looks great and clean !
