Lonnie and his son are great! Quick to get to me when having plumbing issues....Which has been pretty much once a year. The plumbing here in our neighborhood is old and not the greatest. We have roots in our pipes and sometime they can cause clogs and back ups in the bathrooms. Lonnie and son have always resolved in a timely fashion, same day. They are my go to when issues arise! Pricing is fair as well. 1,000% recommend! ;)

I had some work done by another plumber on my toilet , which was not done correctly and I am still trying to get my money back from them, but my contractor was over and saw there was some other plumbing that needed to be done, so my contractor called Rooter Time Plumbing, Lonnie and Felix arrived within a half an hour of the call from my contractor which was very impressive. Not only did Lonnie and Felix fix the plumbing problem that occurred from the plumber, but also looked at my toilet which I had paid the other plumber for. Lonnie detached the toilet and checked it thoroughly and told me what was going on. I was very impressed with the knowledge and the customer service that I received from Lonnie and Felix they gave me enough information that I was able to go to the other plumber and tell them what was wrong, and ask for my money back. I will definitely use Rooter Time Plumbing for all my plumbing needs

for a $$ ride by another company, who never really fixed my issue, (but WAY over charged me,) I was referred to Rootertime.
