I have used Rooter Tech twice for two totally different issues (clogged drain, washer valve replacement). The first time was three years ago and the second time was today. Both times they came out the same day I called and were competent, fairly priced, and service-minded. I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

I got home yesterday evening to discover that my kitchen sinks were plugged -- as in plunger- and Drano-resistant plugged. I called their office. They were willing to come out that evening but suggested that it would cheaper for me to have them come in the morning about 0730, if I thought it could wait. Which I REALLY appreciated. They told me they could just ""snake"" it, but it would be better to ""jet"" it (flush with high pressure water) through the roof vent. And if I wanted to pay for it, run a camera through there to take a look at the blockages. I have a nearly 60-year old house, so I opted for the slightly more expensive option (about 1/3 more than just snaking). I am SO GLAD I did. They discovered during inspection that some of my cast-iron parts had age-related corrosion that was leaking! While I could not have them do that repair due to an ""inside water/plumbing lines"" insurance issue, I will be recommending Rooter Tech to EVERYone and will use them for all my projects. I found out they can also do tunneling repairs to water source lines that don't tear up one's driveway and yard!

It worked out because I ended up going with a different company who were very professional and completed the job on time to my expectations; very nice fellas.

My outdoor faucet was not attached properly. Also, a series of small pipes in the crawlspace that attached to the faucet were not affixed to anything solid. The people who showed up to fix the situation were nice, knowledgeable, stayed in good humor, and kept the place clean. They wore protective blue booties when they came inside the house. They replaced the faucet and screwed it into the siding better. I have not seen the work they did in the crawlspace yet, but the faucet is very stable now and is working well. As for the quote, I was quoted $750 on-site. I told one of the workers that was too steep. He asked me what price I thought was fair and I said $500. He checked with his boss and his boss said okay to that price. The job took 2 people 2 hours.

These guys are exactly what you want in a plumber or any business that you work with. Very responsive, efficient, good value and more than anything honest. I had a jammed up garbage disposal that needed repairing. They could've just told me I needed to replace the whole thing and quoted me $750+, however they took the time to investigate the problem and it turned out it was fixable within an hour for much less money. I will use their service again in confidence, thank you very much!

Originally got a quote from Hart services to help deal with a clogged drain and broken piping. Their ask was considerably higher than I expected, over $10k ranging as high is $18k, depending on how much I got replaced. Rooter Tech came within an hour or so of me calling, and were able to get the work done that day for considerably less (~$4k). Still more than I hoped to pay, but considerably less than Hart and I got more of an honest impression from Rooter Tech.
