They are extremely communicative, respectful and professional. They were also able to work with me on financing which was essential given this turned into a much larger job than we'd expected (hundred year old home...). I certainly HOPE I never have to use their services again but wouldn't hesitate to call them (or refer them to friends) if I did.

Came to fix leak in kitchen sink. Previous plumber put pipes back on wrong and they weren't staying attached. They came out and fixed it right away.

Also installed a bathroom sink faucet that was difficult because it was in an old dresser converted into a cabinet. They persevered and got it done.

Rooter Tech was the most incredible plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Carlos and Junior were extremely professional, competent, and fair. I had a sewer line back up and broken pipes that had to be dug up inside my home. They made a really stressful job for me simple and easy and were able to complete the job on the spot! Junior has come to the rescue 2 times now. I replaced a commode a few months ago, and needed A 2ND FOR MY 1/2 BATH. JUNIOR HANDLED IT QUICKLY, AND EFFICIENTLY.
