These guys earned every bit of their 5 star review! Highly professional, efficient, and AFFORDABLE without sacrificing quality. I had to take out my garbage disposal as well as replace some parts/piping for my bathtub. Another company quoted me $2300 for parts and labor, due to their flat rate policy. Carlos from Rooter Tech came through and handled everything same day for just $950. That's the final cost, parts and labor and taxes and everything. I saved $1350 by choosing this company. They are excellent and will not rip you off!

Carlos was AMAZING, I called him late Friday night, and was expecting to leave him a message. But he answered and told him about my situation. Our bathtub won't drain and we are now in knee high water ""GROSS"". I told him we attempted to do ourselves and just making matters worse. He told me his schedule is booked but he will try to get out Sunday, if not Sunday early Monday morning. I told him that should be fine we just been using a wet/dry vac to remove water. He sounded very compassionate when he knew that was our only bathtub. I was just grateful he answered.

Sunday morning came, and Carlos gave me a call and said he can be out within the next hour. He assessed the problem told me the cost, and fixed the problem. The thing I enjoyed the most is we had other issues in the bathroom and he was very informative on what we can do, and if that doesn't work to call him. He even told us what to get and what to look for. I will recommend him to everyone a good honest plumber that won't rip you off. Reasonable prices with a great attitude, cleaned up after himself Great Workmanship. Everyone please invest your time with Rooter Tech you will be a happy camper at the end!
