Emergency Service Call on Saturday, within an hour!
I had line break and had to shut off my water main. It was at noon on a Saturday. I reached out to a few different places via Yelp and got in touch with Carlos. He was at my house in an hour, cutting a clean small hole in my wall where water was leaking into my room and soldering pieces back together. He did not charge me an on-call, emergency fees, which I really appreciate.
He will be the first person I call for any future plumbing needs.

Our toilet was acting up, and I tried calling a few places, but either they never got back to me or they weren't available. Rooter Tech picked up right away, and were available for a consult at home the next morning. They offered a few good options and explained everything clearly. We decided to install a new Kohler Flushmate toilet, and they got it done in less than an hour. Everything looks and works great, and at a reasonable price. Very happy with our experience and would definitely go to them again for future plumbing issues.

I called them out for a clogged toilet this afternoon after 4 pm they came out the same night took care of the problem and charge me a very reasonable price. They were wearing masks and booties and cleaned up the worksite when they were finished they got everything done in about 15 minutes were polite and courteous. When we had a ""major water event"" that led to water pouring through the ceiling from a crappy toilet valve, we called Rooter Tech and Carlos walked us through how to shut off our water, including FaceTiming me to show me what it should look like and what tool to use. He was there in a true emergency, then came the next day to fix the problem. We had him do some additional work for us to prevent future issues and he took the time to explain the quote and was on time and worked until 11pm (along with his associate Junior) to complete the job in one day as promised. We will absolutely use them in the future for anything plumbing related.

We had septic plumbing issues on a Friday night. Couldn't use my normal people, so I called these guys due to 5 stars. They came right out, which was a plus for a weekend night. However, as soon as they got here, the prices of their services went up like a missile. Always a bad sign in my experiences with septic folks. Pipe cleaning, camera, ect...up to $1,000, and then as high as $10k for a new drain field, or more charges to explore the drain field. Having dealt with many good septic companies and bad, I starting feeling like I was getting jacked by these guys. They gave me a discount at the end, so I basically paid $820 for nothing. The next day, a Saturday, my regular septic person talked to me for an hour, no charge, to help explain to me over the phone what was probably going on. It's true our drain field is old, and probably over taxed by a large family at our house at the moment. ( So I'm not calling these guys dishonest ) However, my regular person on Saturday told me how to monitor the field and see if we can get by by going easy on the system for a while, or maybe for a few more years. The Rooter Tech guy also told us that our tank needed pumping after only 7 months. It does not need pumping yet. Overall, I just did not have any confidence in these guys to trouble shoot our problem. I think if you have a clogged pipe on the grid sewer line, they could fix that. Just get a quote up front, so you don't get jacked on the price. Lesson learned, don't have your system break down on the weekend!

Carlos helped me immediately with my kitchen sink backing up. He was able to come to my home the same day as I called. Which was huge help because I work all week.

He not only fixed my sink and installed a new garbage disposal but showed me how to manually reset it if I had any issues in the future. He guarantees his work for a year and he was very honest and transparent on what the plan was for repairing my sink.

Rooter Tech was amazing and came out the morning after I placed my call. After taking a look at my issues Carlos gave me an estimate and multiple options on how I could resolve my issues with invasive roots clogging up my sewage pipes.

No tricks, no bait and switch, no pressure, just honest hard work and real/practical solutions to keep your plumbing in good working order. Wore a mask, gloves and shoe covers, and also sanitized the area with Lysol after completing his tasks.

We had a clog in our sink. I called Carlos within an hour he was at my house to fix it. He snaked the pipe found a piece of pipe that was not glued properly so the pipes came a part. No fault of his. Water everywhere, he quickly fixed the pipe correctly and made it easier for the next time this happens. He quoted me a fair price and stuck with that price. He was friendly, professional and definitely knew what he was doing. I have scheduled a maintenance clean out for next yr . Thank you!

Our water heater sprung a leak and was spraying hot water everywhere! Of course this happened Saturday night, we turned off the water and we contacted Rooter Tech. They were out first thing on Sunday morning and were able to repair the split pipe in no time and now everything is back to normal. The plumber was professional and courteous and showed up on time. The repair was done quickly and effectively and I was back with hot water within an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.
