If you call this company to snake a clogged clean out and they say it won't clear, the snake won't go through, the line is broken - I URGE YOU TO GET A SECOND OPIONION!!!! They did this to me and I told my regular plumber ( who didn't answer when I called, so I called Rooter Solutions of Ventura ) and he said ""meet me there they did this to some of my other customers."" I met him there, he snaked the line in less than 3 minutes. Rooter Solutions had me sign a contract for over $4400. These contracts A 3 DAY RIGHT OF RECISION!! GET A SECOND OPINION if Rooter Solutions tells you your line is broken and it needs to be replaced! They were VERY DISHONEST!

We had a very Good Experience with Cristian today. He and is partner Rodolfo repaired our main waterline and added a water pressure regulator. They were very professional, clean, and efficient.

We had a clog where our shower filled up with sewage when we flushed the toilets. We thought it might be the main line and called Rooter Solutions because they were offering a $54 deal on drain cleaning (fyi, that's how they get you). The guys came out and snaked our line and did pull out some small wookie-like substance which was likely the culprit. Then they showed us phony video footage of a tree branch allegedly going through our pipes and told us that we needed to do $8,800 worth of work to repair the pipe, and they told us it was imperative that we do it right away. (Yes, EIGHT THOUSAND, not a typo). They said they were going to have to dig 6 feet down underneath our house or go into our home and drill through the floor and slab to get to the pipe. WHAT???

It sounded highly exorbitant and suspect, so we decided to get a second opinion and called a local plumber. They came and inspected the same line with their camera and were able to get it all the way to the street and found no blockage, no tree roots, NOTHING!

These people are scam artists. I am sickened to my stomach by what they did. Not only did they try to rip us off, but they took advantage of a disabled person in the process. When we said we couldn't afford it, they asked us how much we could afford and said they would work with us. It sounds unbelievable, but my cameras caught it all.

Outrageous pricing for a sink that needed to be snaked. Even if it needed to be jet cleaned, their pricing is outrageous.

I had clig kitchen sink Jason showed to address the problem but right after he started his supervisor Ernest shows up ans quited me $18,000 to replace a small pipe behind the sink without even knowing the condition that it was in because he didn't even use a camera.
He tried to rip me off but I didn't fall for it.
Watch out for these snakes they are honestly after your $.

This is a very strange company - stay aware before agreeing to service with them! I hate to say I fell for their $54 clean out special. I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and they were able to come out same day. They spent over an hour here and were not able to fix the problem. Then a ""manager"" showed up, who I truly believe came in as a sales person. I didn't get asked what I wanted to do, I got told ""this is what they're going to do.."" they wanted to replace my cast iron T split in my kitchen drain before even addressing the actual problem. Got quoted $2800 but with a Christmas special for $2500 and they would include the dry wall repair. Luckily I'm not easily won over and said for that price I will get a second opinion. They also left our kitchen drain leaking from both drains, which we had no leaks before. We had a different plumber come out the next day who was able to snake through the problem in less than an hour and fixed the leaks these people left us with. Definitely do not recommend.

We called Router Solutions to see if we could fix whatever was going on with our water, we really didn't know what was wrong. We were very disappointed to learn that our plumbing was ""beyond repair"" in the eyes of the guy they sent, and that EVERYTHING would need to be REDONE, this would take days to complete, and it would cost us roughly 20K. We obviously weren't interested in such a ridiculous quote. You can tell by our home that not only are we not rich, but we also live very minimally and simply by choice. Luckily, we have a friend who is a plumber, and he happened to be visiting from Utah, so we had HIM take a look at our so called ""disastrous plumbing"" situation. We are very fortunate that we trusted our gut instead of sketchy guy from Rooter Solutions and $400 and 20 min later (half that money for parts) our water is working just fine. So, if you'd like to pay roughly a down payment for a home to fix your plumbing, this is your company hands down. As far as the guy they sent I think he was the manager (I can't recall since we asked for bids from a few different businesses), and he was incredibly condescending for the 15 min he spent at our home. He wanted to add on nonsensical things like fixtures that are modern and less than 5 yr old, they were upgraded recently. We didn't want to tear out all of our fixtures just for this guy who couldn't explain why this was necessary. His only mission was to sell us something we really didn't need, and he suggested we finance this misadventure since we didn't have 20K laying around. We DO need to upgrade our filtration system, etc but we've decided to go with someone else instead, in other words....people we can trust. Given some of the other one star reviews with the same complaints, I guess it's the luck of the draw if you have a good experience or not. All I can say is tread carefully, out of the 3 bids we got, this one was far beyond the other 2 as far as costs and tearing up our household for a number of days...I don't think 'whatever his name was' had a clue.
