Morris is the contact person for this company, whom I dealt with for my sewer lateral compliance for EBMD. Did his job with the first assignment. It was fine. When I contacted him for another job, my backyard's rain drain, he was most unpleasant to work with. First he claimed his inspector got the wrong address when I had taken pictures and texted him my address (in writing!). So he reschedules for the next day (Friday) to do the inspection. My other contractor was at the house all day until 6pm and didn't see anyone come by. I texted him on Saturday, Sunday and Monday for a follow up. He never replied. Then I left a voicemail on Tuesday night. I texted again on Weds daytime to ask for a response (yes or no), emphasizing that it was unprofessional that he should give the client a response one way or another. He finally returns my text saying he was busy and that he would find out from his field inspector. He calls me back in the late afternoon, claiming that both my drains were completely clogged so they'd have to do quite some work to fix them. I asked him if he was sure because I know one drain was slow but not completely clogged. I had poured water down that drain and it passed albeit slowly. At this point, he goes I'm not sure. When I started sounding frustrated, he dissed me and wanted to pass me over to another friend of his to do the job. I asked him if he was passing me to another company, he wouldn't outright admit. Further probing led to him telling me that I should look for another company. All the hassle I went through to schedule and arrange for someone to be present in order for them to enter the site for inspection, which I don't think they ever showed and multiple communications to ask him for a response and now he tells me I'm better off looking for another company to satisfy me. He could have told me this in the beginning and I would not have wasted my time and efforts. Very unprofessional conduct and poor customer service. 2-stars because at least my first assignment was completed. I do not recommend this company to anyone as they will waste your time and delay your jobs.

Amazing experience, real professionals! So glad I discovered this company for my clients as I work as a real estate agent. This is the second time we hired them for sewer lateral solutions. They are quick, easy and efficient. Morris, the owner of this company is an honest businessman. Their price is reasonable while the other companies ask 1.5 times of their price for the same work. Hugo came out to do the inspection and also was the foreman in charge of all the work. The work was done in a single day with limited disruption (besides the obvious). They did run into a ""problem"" necessitating digging up an additional hole in the front yard, but they were able to rectify it very quickly and stay within the quoted price.
