Toilet was backing up into the shower. Called Rooter Solutions and they arrived within the hour. It was badly clogged so he had to snake from the shower and then from the other end. Success! Very reasonable and professional job, Totally endorse them!

Terrible service,left a mess. My mother called them to snake our drain, which is usually a simple thing. We be been doing this for years with no problem from our old plumber who didn't survive Covi d business drop. Estimate was $700 to rent a extra tool. So NO,I will never advise using these people. Don't fall for the cheap coupon!!! We will be using another plumber to clean up their drain cleaning.

Our building used this company in the past several times, but today is the last time. Their work is good, but the contractor who showed up today had the logo of a right wing radical group on his hoodie. OK I thought be tolerant, but when he took the hoodie off (after the job was started) his T-shirt read I'm not perfect but at least I'm not a Democrat."" I don't care who you are, and what your beliefs are, but when you are on the job leave your politics ( and your religion for that matter) to your self. It's unprofessional to say the least. In addition, the contractor, when asked to put his mask over his nose gave the lame excuse of ""It makes me light headed"" He asked me to come look at something and I had to say ""Please put up your mask, I'm an old man with a bad heart I don't need to be exposed to covid."" If you value your health or don't want to deal with far right wing people don't hire this company.

I had my sink, Garbage disposal and Dishwasher bak up on Thanksgiving. I call Frank the next morning and he was there as promised in 90 minutes. I walked out to meet him at his van because we have 3 dogs and wanted to give him a fair warning. (NTW he is a dog lover) There's a lot of ways to judge a contractor and one is how do they keep their own gear, in other words, do they keep their van as clean as you'd want them in your home. Frank's van was spotless inside and out. I mean you could do surgery in the darn thing. Frank came in, accessed the problem, and went to work. In 20 minutes he was done and the area under the sink and the floor in front of the cabinets were cleaner than when he arrived. Then he stayed while I did a quick cycle of my dishwasher to make sure all was 100%. I'm pretty handy and he went through the steps needed If I could have done this myself and why I needed a pro this time. He also gave me tips to stop this from happening in the future. He is polite, professional, smart, and gets the job done. And the price was fair. I mean no one WANTS to pay for a plumbing problem, but he was fair was out of my house an hour after he arrived.
