We have an issue in our main pipe close to the street. Called these guys because they had a coupon for ""Drain Clearing"" for $54. Talked to that guy for a bit about the problem and what we could do about it. And then he said he had to call in another co-worker who had a camera that could show the inside of the pipe for free. The second guy does his thing and then tells me the bad news - $4k to fix. Yard needs to be dug up etc. I say no way to that. Then he says he can hydro flush it for $1k. Ok, why was I not told that option first? At any rate, I so not to that. Then he tells me he can call HIS boss and maybe get an even better deal. Ugh! Again, coulda told me that earlier! Look, I'm not saying I was expecting the $54 price, but the quote kept lowering every time I said no.
Long story short, I did not appreciate the bait and switch tactics. These guys may have been right, I don't know. But I got a dishonest and sales pitchy vibe from these guys. We are moving onto to someone else.

I had Rooter Solutions replace my sewer line. Out of three estimates I got they gave me the best value. They were not the least expensive but also not the most. These guys are amazing! I am very upset at my previous plumber who never offered me a permanent solution to fix my problem permanently. I regret it because the lower level of my home got flooded. My old plumber kept on charging me $100 a month to just run a snake to clear my main line but never really fixed my problem and that's the reason I got flooded!! Anyway, I want to thank Fernando, Pablo and the labor crew who made a clean, professional job and also Gloria at the office for keeping me updated in everything. Rooter Solutions will be recommended religiously to all of my friends and family from now on.

I received their postcard and called for a ""bargain"" clean out of my sewer line. I'd had had no problems but hadn't been done it in a few years so thought it a good maintenance idea. Within fifteen minutes the fellow told me he was having trouble passing the snake, that I needed a camera inspection (which he threw in for free). I watched the camera passing and remember thinking ""why couldn't he pass the snake as there was no visible blockage'? Hmmmmm? By the end of the inspection I was given an estimate of over $10,000 in needed repairs. Despite them wanting to start right away, I called my usual plumber (slightly more expensive) to re-check. He re-snaked line with no problems. Then we passed a camera again. He explained and demonstrated how a small amount of standing water in a ""belly"" can look like the line is totally underwater and a few other tricks he's seen used. He said I needed ZERO more work and reminded me ""if it looks too good to be true (their postcard deal) it usually is""!

These people charged me a fortune to clean a line and use a camera. Then they told us we needed a water jet treatment. We paid them more money, it work failed. They told us it would be over $6K with no guarantee that it would fix the problem. This is classic bait and switch.

My showerhead broke and I had to turn off the water to the house which is not OK with a 7 month old in the house! Sean and Matt were able to come within 2 hours (all other companies couldn't come for 2-3 days) and immediately fixed it so I could have water in the house. The next day they came and replaced everything and now we have nice new fixtures in the shower! Thanks guys! The baby and I appreciate it :)

These guys are amazing! I had a major problem at my apartment. I had another plumber come out to clear the drain. Then I needed him again and then again. He kept blaming my tenants and I believed him! Anyway, after 2 months, 4 service calls, and $1200; I called Rooter Solutions.

Pablo came out and immediately discovered the main sewer line (70 years old) was completely clogged, split in two, and collapsed. All the waste was flowing into a vacant lot out of a ""cleanout"" the other plumber left open. Rooter Solutions sent a supervisor (Sean) and the owner (Fernando) out instantly. I met with them, they showed me the issue, explained the problem, and very clearly detailed the remedy.

It was not an inexpensive repair. The entire main line needed replacing. Fernando gave me financing at 0% for two years!!! Then, he worked diligently with me and my insurance company. The end result was the insurance covered the entire repair and I only had to pay my deductible!!!!!!

Pablo, Sean, and Fernando will be my plumbers for life! They are knowledgeable, hard working, honest, and best of all, on time every time!
