An excellent company. I had hydro jetting done to clean out some invasive roots in my sewer line. Carlos Torres who handled the job onsite was not only courteous, friendly and informative, but also very efficient. As well, he provided free before and after video viewing of the sewer line unlike another company who offered to provide it at an additional cost. I would not hesitate to call on Rooter Solutions for any plumbing issues, and highly recommend them to anyone searching for excellent service at reasonable prices.

Nobody wants emergency sewer line repair - particularly not on New Year's Eve, but Ricardo was professional and personable throughout.

I started 2021 off with a possible break in my pipes and frustrated trying to find a plumber for a 3 story condo (was turned away by 2 other companies). Rooter Solutions was awesome. Gloria was so professional when she answered the phone and worked with me with videos of my problem even before the plumber came. Robert was SO polite and worked VERY patiently with me. He called his supervisor (owner?) to consult and I heard the supervisor say Thank you Robert. That says A LOT about a company, treating their employees with respect. Maybe my year isn't off to the best start but in perspective, I found a plumbing company that I will always call for any issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I called Rooter Solutions late on a Saturday night and was sent a plumber roughly an hour later to fix a leak/backup in our sewer line.

It turns out our townhome complex had some major plumbing issues caused by root intrusion from a tree. Over the next week the team at Rooter Solutions were on our property multiple times to diagnose and fix the
underlying problem.

They worked in a timely manner and fixed the problem promptly once it was discovered. I found them to be honest, fair, and easy to work with.

I must especially point out the efforts made by one of the plumbers, Ricardo Alberth, and his supervisor, Robert.

Ricardo was the plumber assigned to me the night of the initial incident and was on my property no less than four times in the intervening week, two of which were calls late at night over the weekend. He graciously fixed some minor issues free of charge that were discovered after the main problem was fixed.

I recommend him highly and would not hesitate to work with Rooter Solutions again.

I replaced my main line on my property with ABS but never got the short section from my property line to the city sewer and was getting recurring roots. Called my usual company LA Hydro and they were busy so decided to look to see if someone else could send a hydrojet truck out. Contacted Rooter Solutions and they came out in a few hours. When he got to the problem area could see the old clay pipe was getting bad. The manager, Alberto, recommended fixing the part of the line from the property line to the city sewer main which was about 10 feet. He gave me an estimate to dig a hole and shoot a liner from my property line to the city connect. Since the line is locate under a slab of concrete told me they would be able to excavate from the side to get to the line so wouldn't have to bust up any concrete. The estimate seemed reasonable and said would credit me for hydrojet call as well. Called my usual plumber to see what he thought. Told me the price was very fair and that he wouldn't do any better, especially since they credited the hydrojet, and if they seemed legitimate sign them up. Finalized my paperwork, which was a Thursday, and they were there first thing following Monday morning. Johnny worked all Monday digging the trench with a little help from an assistant on Tuesday morning and they were ready to shoot the liner by noon. The liner guy was done by 3. Johnny, Alberto and team did a great job. Hoping don't need to see them again for a long time but would recommend and use again.

This is the 2nd major repair we have had them do and they did a fantastic job both times. Miguel, Juan, Benjamin did this latest job and they were fantastic explaining things in simple terms so that we could understand and not using plumbing terms and expecting us to understand. They were courteous and friendly and cleaned up after they completed the work for the day as best they could. We were told it was a 2 day job and they finished on time. It was a huge job but they did it in a timely manner and were always ready for whatever came up. By far one of the best companies to hire. If you want quality work at a fair price call them you wont be disappointed.
