An excellent company. I had hydro jetting done to clean out some invasive roots in my sewer line. Carlos Torres who handled the job onsite was not only courteous, friendly and informative, but also very efficient. As well, he provided free before and after video viewing of the sewer line unlike another company who offered to provide it at an additional cost. I would not hesitate to call on Rooter Solutions for any plumbing issues, and highly recommend them to anyone searching for excellent service at reasonable prices.

I started 2021 off with a possible break in my pipes and frustrated trying to find a plumber for a 3 story condo (was turned away by 2 other companies). Rooter Solutions was awesome. Gloria was so professional when she answered the phone and worked with me with videos of my problem even before the plumber came. Robert was SO polite and worked VERY patiently with me. He called his supervisor (owner?) to consult and I heard the supervisor say Thank you Robert. That says A LOT about a company, treating their employees with respect. Maybe my year isn't off to the best start but in perspective, I found a plumbing company that I will always call for any issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I called Rooter Solutions late on a Saturday night and was sent a plumber roughly an hour later to fix a leak/backup in our sewer line.

It turns out our townhome complex had some major plumbing issues caused by root intrusion from a tree. Over the next week the team at Rooter Solutions were on our property multiple times to diagnose and fix the
underlying problem.

They worked in a timely manner and fixed the problem promptly once it was discovered. I found them to be honest, fair, and easy to work with.

I must especially point out the efforts made by one of the plumbers, Ricardo Alberth, and his supervisor, Robert.

Ricardo was the plumber assigned to me the night of the initial incident and was on my property no less than four times in the intervening week, two of which were calls late at night over the weekend. He graciously fixed some minor issues free of charge that were discovered after the main problem was fixed.

I recommend him highly and would not hesitate to work with Rooter Solutions again.
