Horrible company with terrible service. They came to clear a sink drain. The guy lied and said he had to get to an exterior clean out and it would be a big job. It took him less than 10 minutes charged 330$. All he accessed was the pipe under the sink. Don't trust them.

From the moment I called they were able to not only come out sooner than anyone else but they provided a narrow window of arrival (not a 4 hour window) and called to keep me updated. A week and a half ago, after the first heavy rain of the season, I found out that I have clogged drains all over my house. Almost drenched in the rain, I was frantically cleaning up the drains in the backyard as few areas are getting flooded. I called Rooter the following day and they showed and explained to me what the issues are. I lived in an older house and we came into conclusion that the best thing to do is to install new system. They started work that following day. I'm so happy that I made that decision. With the heavy rains that came in last night, I'm happy to say that Rooter did a great job. I went outside to inspect and no standing water anywhere that I can see. It's a good investment long term.

They are very professional and punctual. Thanks to Pablo, Manny, Robert, Vicente, Javier, Daniel and to other folks that came in to help. They have to race against the impending long week of rain. They worked long hours and showed up on a Saturday to get it done. They left the place cleaner than what it was before (they offered to take some of the big trash item that I have as I've no clue how to dispose of them).

Update: Ben and Daniel came first thing to review the job (Daniel in training) Ben Miller is your Guy when you need a plumber. We are so impressed with this company. He spent about an hour with us this morning going over the job and he's helping us so much to be the liaison between us and our home warranty Co. The project didn't get worse , only better . They cleared away some roots they found near the pipes (getting rid of the offending hibiscus ASAP) Installed a shower head for me , installed a new toilet , fixed the clog and pipe and its all been super smooth. They did everything they said they would do on time and no BS, no attitude . Both Jose & Ricardo show up with a smile and good attitudes . Cleanup was amazing too. Barely lifted a finger . Ricardo & Jose are the crew your want . We will be clients for life (hoping we don't need them too much) When you find a good contractor keep them! We also treated them quite nicely . I made some cinnamon rolls for breakfast and Toppers pizza for lunch. They did such a great job cleaning up I posted the before and after . I continue to highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs .

Yesterday: Another plumbing emergency has indoctrinated us into the ""new homeowners money pit club"". While we love our home & we did our due diligence yet WOW! You don't know what your buying until it comes up in your drain. Saturday night about midnight while attempting a shower the shower pan was up to our ankles , promptly exiting then plunging brought up a baseball sized hair ball from the previous owner . FF Monday Ricardo & Jose we're prompt and professional. They got right to work on the clog. Ricardo knows how to diagnose and when to call in the camera. Ben arrived about 10:30 after Ricardo tried several times to unclog . Upon hydrojetting and further inspection by Ben with the camera down the main line we found an area that the original contractor placed so
much pipe glue it leaked through seam dried hard as a rock inside the pipe and has been snagging anything moving by it since the 80's . The pipe is causing the obstruction. It covered about 1/3 interior of pipe and everything was getting snagged on it.

The bad news is what we thought a rooter job is now a hole in our guest room closet and pipe replacement, toilet replacement and faucet replacement in same bathroom. Original clog was in our master bath . Since owning this home the guest toilet ran very slow , no pressure in the flush at all. The clog just so happened to be in the other side of this wall . We elected to use closet entry and Ricardo suggested so we didn't have to break the tile floor . The shower stop was broken when we moved in, so we had them replace while they were here . Our home warranty company has been a serious PITA through this ordeal but these guys just keep on pushing on. Ben has experience working with them so he's been an awesome help navigating those calls. I'm more frustrated with our warranty company than anything. The guys cleaned up before they left this evening and will be completing the job tomorrow . fingers crossed it doesn't get any worse . Even though it's been a exhausting day for all of us, I'd recommend this company for any emergency. Service with a smile .

I had such a wonderful experience with Rooter Solutions Plumbers. They are very professional, considerate and do an excellent job to make sure you are happy with their work. They changed all of our drain (sewer) pipes underneath our house (horizontal and vertical) - iron galvanized pipes that had gotten badly corroded over the past 70 years, with ABS (very durable) pipes. They also changed the drain pipes that go underneath our front yard all to way to the city sewer line in the middle of our street and installed three cleanouts. In addition, they installed two new toilets and unclogged our toilet on several occasions. So, while we did have to wait for permits and a bond to be approved, Fernando and Pablo, were always giving me updates and stopping by to check on things. They did a lot of work which they were not responsible for, but went out of their way to make us happy and got professionals to come and do the repair work like patch up walls, retile our floor, change sprinkler pipes and heads, etc... I can't say enough good things about Rooter Solutions. They are so great. You won't be disappointed with their work. They are very kind and courteous; plus, they gave us discounts along the way. So, you can't go wrong if you were to hire them for your next plumbing project. Thanks! :)

We checked with several plumbing companies nearby regarding an issue with a clogged shower drain. Rooter solution gave us a very fair estimate for the fix. Carlos from Rooter Solutions came out and snaked the shower drain to clear the clog. He was professional, efficient and courteous. Carlos also diagnosed a potential issue with a different bathtub drain and suggested a solution that made sense. I was very satisfied with the service.

A big shout out to Christian at Rooter Solutions! I tried to fix a backup for 4 days and finally gave up. Not only did they send someone within hours by 2 PM, the blockage turned out to not be a simple cleaning job. At 6 PM he brought in another coworker and more powerful machinery. They had to install a clean-out (I didn't have one go figure), and still took until 11 PM to find the blockage that was 72 ft away from my home which even a blade could not remove. Finally a powerful jetter blasted it out. It was messy, dirty, cold, entailed hard physical labor on a Saturday night, and not a single complaint! He promised to get my water running before he left and he did! I found Rooter Solutions in the Smart Saver magazine, and the claim that ""Exceptional Services are Guaranteed"" was indeed dead on! Thank you again Christian!!! :)

Besides my other plumber I have never really dealt with an honest plumber. I was in or hurry because my major drains clogged. They came out cleared the clog and waiting to hear back to see if they need to do some more work.
