Balmoris is the technician who attended my problem of kitchen faucet not working. Now don't think it was a simple problem since the behavior was erratic and the faucet would sometime work snd not work other times. It was confusing if it's a plumbing issue or faucet issue. There was one plumber who had already returned and was not able to figure out the issue. Balmoris went to the crawl space to identify any plumbing issue. Once assured that no plumbing issue then he installed new faucet. Excellent attitude and service. Highly recommended!

Hector and Cesar provided excellent service and took care of our issue without any issues - they were very thorough, explained everything that they were doing and why they needed to do what they were doing. Also, took care of a care of a couple other issues that we had been putting off. They were really honest and didn't try to push us for additional services but did a very thorough check with cameras to make sure there wouldn't be future issues. I really appreciate that. On top of everything, they were very friendly and had some hilarious conversations. I will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing issues - highly recommend!

We had some major sewer line issues with a slab house. The house was built in 52 with previous remodels, but not to the sewer lines apparently. Lots of roots growing between joints in the tile lateral, cast iron piping under the slab of the house severely corroded. They spent a lot of time with the camera to understand all the issue before quoting. We wanted to have it fixed so we wouldn't have to deal with it again. Rooter Solutions did trenchless to replace the lateral, and tunneled under the house bathrooms to replace the old cast iron, and sleeved in the middle of the house with minimum disruption to the use of the house. Very happy with breadth of capabilities and results.

They false advertise on their coupons. They don't specify what they consider proper access in their ad. A clean out on a home with access to it seems like, proper access.

Roland and William came out to unclog our backed up tub. They came ahead of schedule, were very friendly, and got the job done! After they finished, they called their supervisor, Ernesto, who came with a camera to see if there was a deeper issue causing the clog. Price was great and we got an estimate while they were here for another job we need done. They definitely exceeded our expectations!
