They false advertise on their coupons. They don't specify what they consider proper access in their ad. A clean out on a home with access to it seems like, proper access.

Roland and William came out to unclog our backed up tub. They came ahead of schedule, were very friendly, and got the job done! After they finished, they called their supervisor, Ernesto, who came with a camera to see if there was a deeper issue causing the clog. Price was great and we got an estimate while they were here for another job we need done. They definitely exceeded our expectations!

My kitchen drain clogged up and I think I could unclog it my self using the 50ft drain machine but didn't work. I called Rooter Solutions Plumber they came out in couple hours. It ended up have to use hydro jetting to clear it out all the grease buildup over the years.Roland is very friendly and professional, and I won't be charged if the drain can't be clear out. I personally recommend this company to do any plumbing service. Good people good service.

First time having kitchen sink clogged. Found Rooter solutions plumbers from Google search. Called and was able to get an appointment on the same day!

Technician / plumber Hector showed up on time at 4:40pm, he started checking on kitchen sink and was able to identify the issue. Yes, the kitchen sink was clogged! Hector spent one and half hour fixing the clog.

Hector was very patient, shown his professionalism, and overall, problem fixed.

I can't appreciate more for spending $54 for fixing my clog issue.

I called the company and they quoted me 125 to snake my kitchen pipes due to a clog. When I asked them if there was going to be any additional charges they mentioned that if they needed to perform a hydro jetter and clean out then it would cost 600-1200. They came and snaked the pipes 30 mins) but was not successful. Then they told me that I would have to pay 2800 for them to perform the hydro jetter and clean out. Not sure how they just decided to quote me a much higher price (4 times the original). Probably saw that I was a women and wanting to take advantage of me. So I decided to try another plumber who came the next day and charged me 195 (Handy Rooter & Plumbing) and fixed the problem in 40 minutes. Glad I decided not to pay the 2800! What a scam. Watch out for this company who does bait and switch (quoting 125 then telling you it'll cost 2800 instead)!!! I normally don't write reviews, but I just want to warn people out there that they have to beware of scammers.

Hector came on time and helped us cleared our clogged kitchen sink. He worked fast and professionally explained and recommended other options in order to most effectively clean the complete interior surface of the pipe. Plumbing cost is pretty affordable and I will definitely contact them again for any plumbing services in the future.
