Hello! Mr. Ernesto Rodriguez and his crew put in two new cleanouts and a new main line using the TRENCHLESS method. Amazing technology! Very thorough work, completing the job as scheduled! Thank you! (Just a sidebar: Many homes in our area are older, being built in the mid-1960s. Don't wait until the mainline pipe under your front yard collapses, because then the trenchless method will not work, and your yard would need to be dug up, costing much more. Be proactive and plan to get this work done, as we did!)

I had a very serious drainage issue that was persisting for months and it seemed no matter what I did (plunger, toilet auger, Green gobbler drain cleaner, etc). I couldn't solve the root cause. I knew things were really bad when the the toilet would constantly back up upon flushing and drain through our bathtub.

So, I decided one morning (when yet another serious clogged took place) to call Rooter Solutions for help. To my surprised, they picked up my call right away and even told me they could come over that same day to do an inspection. The technician, Hector, arrived around noon time and I explained the situation to him. Hector ran a snake through our main clean out and shortly thereafter hit a snag. It seemed the snake was meeting heavy resistance and couldn't proceed further down the line.

To my delight, Rooter Solutions didn't hesitate for more than a second before they knew what to do next. One of the partners, Ernesto arrived and brought in more advanced tools, like a camera and a RIDGID SeekTech tool to find the precise location of the blockage. Wow, I didn't know you could pinpoint a location so quickly! Hector, Ernesto and the Rooter Solutions team worked tirelessly late into the evening and at last dug up enough of the dirt in our front yard to locate the heavily damaged and even more badly clogged old pipe, which was submerged in waste water. Despite the results being probably far worse than what we had all imagined going in, the Rooter Solutions team assured me they would make sure they at least had a patch in place that night so we could resume using running water without issue and wouldn't need to stay in a hotel or something like that. They held true to their word and everything went as smoothly as possible, given the current states of things. If anything, the temporary ""patch"" gave us fully functional and far better draining than we had previously (which was next to zero drainage due to the failing pipe). After some discussion, I agreed with their team's assessment that give the extensive age, wear, tear, damage and structural integrity issues of the existing sewage pipes, I should go ahead and replace all the old sewage pipes.

Then, over the course of the next week or so, Rooter Solutions showed up for re-piping work early in the day, usually ahead of schedule and made quick work of installing brand new trenchless SDR17 piping to permanently solve our sewage drainage issues. This new type of trenchless technology is really great since it doesn't require digging up of the entire front yard and making a huge mess. Their team simply needed two end points (the clean out to the already dugged up blockage point) to install all the new piping required. In the process we even went ahead and re-piped our main water line, switching to new copper piping from this really archaic rubber. The entire scope of work from digging to installing new sewage pipes + new water pipes + clean up took no more than a week and everything looked as good as new once they were done. Almost like you wouldn't have ever known they were even there. Great job guys!

All in all, It seemed like every step of the way the Rooter Solutions team knew exactly what to do and were never guessing or trying random things, like sometimes you experience with other less experienced outfits. I was also very impressed with their professionalism and their rates were fair and competitive, relative to what you might find elsewhere. As such I would highly recommend Rooter Solutions for your plumbing needs, big or small. These guys know what they're doing. Balmoris was very friendly. Free consultation and $54 for same-day drain snaking, when a different competing business had charged me around $550 for the same level of service a year ago. Balmoris also explained that what my previous plumber told me about my property's plumbing was incorrect, and also showed me the proof during and after his work. He was respectful of the property and cleaned up the workspace. Top quality service.

Balmoris is the technician who attended my problem of kitchen faucet not working. Now don't think it was a simple problem since the behavior was erratic and the faucet would sometime work snd not work other times. It was confusing if it's a plumbing issue or faucet issue. There was one plumber who had already returned and was not able to figure out the issue. Balmoris went to the crawl space to identify any plumbing issue. Once assured that no plumbing issue then he installed new faucet. Excellent attitude and service. Highly recommended!

Hector and Cesar provided excellent service and took care of our issue without any issues - they were very thorough, explained everything that they were doing and why they needed to do what they were doing. Also, took care of a care of a couple other issues that we had been putting off. They were really honest and didn't try to push us for additional services but did a very thorough check with cameras to make sure there wouldn't be future issues. I really appreciate that. On top of everything, they were very friendly and had some hilarious conversations. I will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing issues - highly recommend!
