SCAMMER!! Not sure how this man got 5 stars. I called him after seeing these great reviews. My toilet started to get backed up. I called the insurance company who sent a company over to do a video of the pipe and they recommended I did a jet wash. I told him the recommendation, but he felt that he knew better and should just snake the line. I asked him if that would fix the issue and for how long. He said it would last a while and this was the best course of action. So we paid him over $300 to snake the pipe. Two days later, we were backed up again. I called him and he told me that we needed to pay another $300+ again to snake the pipe and that he """"messed up."""" We desperately needed the pipe to be unblocked that day, so we went ahead and paid again. So in 3 days or so, we spent nearly $700 on snaking the line when I told him from the beginning we needed the jet wash. He also never looked at the video I shared with him until the last conversation I had with him when I told him that what he did was unfair. He looked at the video finally and said """"oh your pipe is underwater, you need to completely change it."""" While on the phone with him, he did not want to let me speak and refused his service to jet wash the pipe after he previously gave me a $645 quote. Might be his personality, might also be because I'm a woman and he feels he could take advantage of me or intimidate me. Either way, he told me that he needed to get off the phone and to have a nice day. Now, my pipe is backed up again and I'm out almost $700. Before he left the call, I told him I would make sure I share my experience, to which he shared that he would reply (most likely fabricate a story)

These guys did me right! The city messed up the my sewer lines and the came to my house and communicated with the city during the process. The city will pay my bill! 10 stars if I could, HIGHLY recommend'

On a Friday afternoon another plumbing company supposedly fixed a clog. Later that evening, water was everywhere and dripping to my neighbors condo below. """"Other Company"""" wouldn't take my calls and I was panicked! Most of the """"emergency 24/7 plumber"""" status is a JOKE, no one answers the phone, except Eddie. I'm so thankful I got in touch with him! He explained the problem and set me at ease for the night. Greg F. was at my condo Saturday morning. He was fair and flexible on the price he quoted (he gave a 10% discount). It was a tough job and he busted his butt to find the clog and fix it, serious work ethic! I highly recommend this company! Ask for Greg F when you call them. He is great! He even quelled the fears of my downstairs neighbor, which was Above and Beyond!!!!

I called Eddie Saturday morning with a kitchen sink drainage problem. He was up at 3 am working on a condo being built on las Olas. I called him at 10 am Saturday morning and he was here with his helper within a few hours. Big or small this man Eddie (owner) knows his stuff. Along with being fairly priced. My tenant's bath tub was backing up with sewage water while the toilet was barely draining, Eddie (owner) of Rooter Sewer Drain Man responded to the call on a Saturday afternoon and came out within an hour. Eddie was very knowledgeable and thorough, he was able to give me an accurate diagnosis of what the problem could be and estimate of the charges. He came out and fixed the issues by cleaning all the lines and taking care of some roots as well. I was able to pay over the phone which was very convenient. Thanks
