I have been using Rooter Scooter for years to unclog my drain from vegetation growth and slow draining blockages. They are very punctual and if they are delayed with other jobs that were more difficult than the time alloted, they have notified us to see if they could reschedule. They are thorough and their employees are polite and have handled all our problems quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone in need of unclogging their drains.

I own a vacation rental in Palo Cedro. I got a call from our guests on New Years day that the sewer was totally blocked and ""stuff"" was coming out of the shower drain. I found Rooter Scooter on Yelp and gave them a call. Don had someone on site within an hour. It turned out to be a bit complicated and Jeremiah stuck with it until everything was running free. He then verified each P-trap was clear (the backup had clogged some with debris) before leaving and called me to give me an update on the situation. He even helped the guests with the mess. I couldn't be happier with the service I got- especially on a holiday. 5 stars all the way!

Great job, quick response. We had our restaurant sink backed up, and no dishes could be washed. Our man called back quickly was here within the hour, and cleared the sink drain. Excellent service!

Your typical stinky emergency garbage disposal disaster! Response on Yelp was fast. Don was here the next morning, plesant, focused on the problem, fair price, done & fixed in an hour.
This is a local family owned business & we will definitely use them again!!

Highly recommend Rooter. This is the second time we've called them as an emergency and they got to our location in less than 20 mins and finished their work in 15mins. That's the type of service we appreciate when something goes wrong on a busy night at a restaurant. There is an extra fee because of how quick we needed them or because of time/day but it was well worth it. They have our business. Thank you!

BIG FAT RIP OFF!!! They were the worst septic people and a major ripoff!! They spent 20 minutes took my $46(an hour was $94/Hr), and said to call them after I talked to my landlord about the problem. Well they told me that my septic probably needed to be pumped but never said to me that they don't do that kind of work which is why I don't know why they told me to call them back after I talked to my landlord. If you think you need your septic tank pumped don't call this company at all. Even when I had first called them and explained to them what was going on, the lady was nice enough, but never said that they don't pump out septic tanks. If your business claims to fix septic problems then they should probably mention that they don't pump out septic tanks or not take the customers money and tell them to call them back once they get the landlords consent and then tell them they don't fix those kinds of problems.

I have used Rooter Scooter for years. Erin just came and replaced our shower drain. This company is the best in town! Fair pricing, available on short notice, friendly and honest as can be. Definitely recommend!
