Didn't see any of thing the other reviewer did. Called him at 7AM explained my issue, simple clog in kitchen, he quoted a price, showed up within an hour ,as promised, was clean and presentable. Even said he forgot it was Saturday and should of quoted more for weekend BUT whats done is done. Got it cleared out quickly was very careful and super clean. Hope I don't need to use again but if I get another drain issue I will certainly call Ron

Do not use this unscrupulous plumber. He will rip you off if he thinks he can get away with it. We have been using Ron for over 20 years at a recommendation of a neighbor and at first he was great. He told me that other plumbers would charge based on how nice a neighborhood that you live in and that he does not do that. But as the years passed that is exactly what he did. This last time he charged us double the going rate for a job that took 15 minutes. He totally ripped us off...We were loyal customers to him for many years and this is how he rewards us! If you like people who work for you to be ethical, look elsewhere!

UPDATE: Two days after Ron cleared our shower and basically ripped us off the shower drain plugged up again. I called Ron back to clear it and he said he was going to charge us again because he did not clear the smaller branch pipes that led to the shower. Well, duh! Should you not have done that the first time you were here? We called him out because the shower was not draining. Instead of saying, ""sorry, my bad"" he wanted to rip us off again! Needless to say we will never use him again and encourage others not to as well.

Also, I did not realize this until now but HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER!!!
