I've hired Rooter Right many times over the years for various plumbing jobs. I had toilets re-sealed and replaced, shower drains repaired, disposals fixed, and faucets installed. They always do great work. The service techs are friendly and know their stuff, and rates are very agreeable. These guys are pros.

They came to our house on Saturday, snaked our drain for $225, plugged back up not even 24 hours later, came back and charged $300 for the same thing and acted like they were giving us a deal. Originally wanted to charge $450 and wouldn't even guarantee this work. I feel like they knew we were desperate and just tried to screw us over with crappy work.

What a joke of a business!! I would rate 0 stars, if I could!Talked to them on a Saturday and said he would be out Tuesday to service our hot water heater (that was not working). Never heard from them on Tuesday. Didn't even have the decency to answer the phone when I called 3 different times on Tuesday. Not sure how you are still in business, but you certainly shouldn't be with running a ""business"" like that.

Call Perrysburg Plumbing, much better service and customer service.

We called them for an issue and there were supposed to give us an estimate to fix the bigger problem the next day. They never contacted us. We tried to contact them for several days and still no response. After they left things are worse than before they came and they will not return our calls. Do not use this company.

I've worked with a lot of plumbing services before but this one is by far one of the best. Their plumbers not only are skilled but very personable and easy to talk to. I had a problem with my sink draining and I tried everything to fix it myself, these guys came out immediately and got it fixed. They were nice and professional while holding lovely conversation to pass the time. I highly recommend this company, very good business.

These guys came out to work on a home warranty claim. Did a good enough job of patching the pipe, but broke the cleanout.

Called to see if they remembered:

1. They admitted they broke it.
2. They never told me they broke it when they did. I had to find it later.
3. They said because the pipe wasn't the wrong kind of pipe, they knew it would break.
4. Said they would not fix it.

Nothing they're saying makes sense. I hate to leave a bad review, but I would truly never let these people anywhere near my home ever again. They did a terrible job, broke my stuff, and even though they knew they'd broken it, didn't tell me. Then, when I discovered it, they wouldn't fix it.

I can't think of a way they could possibly be worse.

Avoid if you can.

Do not use this service, in my house twice left main line in worse shape than it was to start. Called someone else the line was cleared the first time. I was told that he did not touch the last 60 to 70 feet of the line!
