Steve J.So bad.....I was having issues with the Shower handle because it was not catching and the water was coming out. So I unscrewed 3 screws took off the handle looked at YouTube to find out what the issue was. It most likely was the Cartige. Ask for quotes on Yelp. Got a couple responses but couldn't come out that day. Went with Rooter Ranger even though they couldn't give me an estimate, but they could come out that day. When Chris arrived it took him a couple mins to confirm what I thought it was. His estimate was $475.....well above the others I contacted. But wanted it done, so we agreed. Took him less than 30 mins to replace the cartage. But refused to put the handle back on the shower! Because we unscrewed it.......we just spent close to $500
For 30 mins of work and he is telling us that was not his responsibility! He said it was a liability! What?! It is a simple handle and it was part of the job. I have never had anyone refuse to finish a job and expect to get paid. After convincing him to to it he had the worst attitude!!! And when I came home from work it wasn't even put on correctly......reached back out to the owner and no response.
Please think twice when going with this company.
Jason and Eric where out to look at my plumbing problem they accessed it and fixed it very quickly will definitely be calling them back for all the plumbing.
I never got a call from this manager. Though Rooter Ranger has my name, number
and address, ..........the manager never reached out to contact me regarding the situation where his technician tried to overcharge me. Overcharging senior citizens.
I'm not finding the managers efforts believable.

Robert B.On 12/17/2022 I called and spoke to their appointment setter and told her that my wife and I attend church from 12 noon til 1 pm on Sunday. So the appointment setter told me she would make our appointment time at 2 to 4 pm. So at 6 am on 12/18/2022 their office texts me saying they have a technician on his way to our home , and are we going to be home ? I texted back and told the person who texted me that we were scheduled between 2 to 4 pm and why were they waking me up at 6 am. I texted that we won't be home until 2 pm after church. So then at 8 am they call my cell phone and tell me the technicians is on his way again at 8 am. I told the lady that we still wouldn't be home until 2 pm when our assigned appointment time was. After church on 12/18/2022 I waited from 2pm til 4 pm and no one showed up. I called their dispatch and the dispatch lady said the tech was on his way and would be there shortly. Then at 4:10 pm I received another call saying all there technicians went home sick and they would come out in the morning and a supervisor named true said he'd be here at 9 am after I told the lady on the phone that I would be suing them for their treatment of my situation. This company is totally incompetent and a bunch of bumbling baboons who probably don't know how to actually fix anything or jerry rig there work ! This company needs to be investigated and closed down for complete incompetence. I highly recommend not to ever use this company, and I will be reporting their actions to the better business bureaus.
Tried getting ahold of the owner multiple times and was told he would call us back regarding an unprofessional experience and being over charged. My technician didn't know what he was doing. Had to call another plumber while he was here to tell him what to do and was still charged an inappropriate fee. Talked to the corporate lady multiple times and couldn't understand why no one called me back. I'll be notifying the better business bureau at this point. There is no 100% guarantee. Save your money and call someone else.

Rooter Ranger recently replaced my sewer system under my house. They told me the job would be 5 days, it was 20 days. They showed up two hours or more late half of the time. They didn't show up for 3 of the days and never called me to tell me they weren't coming by. I tried to call and text the supervisor, Paul, and most of the time he would not answer or get back to me. They left the job with 4 items not completed. They were supposed to fix my bathtub faucet which drips, my bathroom sink faucet, hang a piece of drywall in my bathroom and clean up dirty black marks and boot prints on my carpet in two rooms. I kept trying to call and Paul would not answer or text me for two weeks. I did the survey and someone in branding called and left me a message. I called her back and she refused to talk to me. Someone in branding told me I have to talk to Paul. The one who won't answer me at all. A few days later a plumber did come by and attempt to fix my bathtub drippy faucet, he did fix my bathroom faucet and helped me cut a piece of wood to cover a hole in my wall. The plumber said someone named Devin would call me, and he hasn't yet. It's been a week. They are disorganized and have horrible customer service. They did not put plastic down on the carpet. I had to clean the carpet myself. I wouldn't use this company again, not even to unplug a toilet. Terrible customer service. Do not use them.
Tom came out today to my house for a estimate and he was helpful, nice and his customer service was awesome! He really helped me out! Next time I have any plumbing issues I'll call here and ask for Tom!
