Aaron I.I would not recommend working with this company. They have poor communication across technicians and will recommended unneeded and unnecessary services for customers that are not the most knowledgeable. It took them 4+ trips to my location to work on the problem and they never truly corrected the issue. The next contractor we called identified and resolved the solution in nearly 30 minutes and was much more professional. While Roto Rooter seems to be available most times of day, it may not be a positive experience based on my personal interactions. I ended up having to spend over $1000+ on Roto Rooter and the final problem was not even fixed.
